Perfekt Home at the city center

Centrally located in the trendy neighborhood of Zürich Wiedikon this apartment offers a perfect starting point for any activity in the city. Public transport is just a 3 minute walk away with frequent connections in all directions. The apartment has two lovely balconies for relaxation after an exciting day in the city. Guest suite in Zürich

Stunning view over the city, calm & stylish

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and by spring 2023 we will be almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof. Until then some workemissions are possible.

Cosy flat with sunny balcony in Zurich center

I am living there all year long so I guarantee you'll feel at home and have a fully functional and equipped flat for your stay. The appartment is very bright and I hope you'll enjoy the sunny balcony, watching a film in the wall mounted TV and a nice sleep on hotel quality bed. You'll be able surrounded by my aquariums.
