Monthly Rentals in District 12

The apartment is very beautiful, clean and the building facilities are great. There is a very nice pool that you can access. The host was very reactive (I booked the same morning) and all the infos for the check-in were super clear. It is a bit far away from the city center, so if you don’t have a scooter it’s a bit uncomfortable. We had a motorcycle and there is a parking lot that is super cheap. It was a very nice stay, I really recommend it.

Really nice appartement in a beautiful building. There is everything that you need if you want to use the kitchen or to work from home. This the best deal ever in Ho Chi Minh if you are looking for something authentic with great standards. I recommend

Great to place to stay especially with family.

Ha is a nice host. She is very supportive and responsive. The place is clean, and well-equipped. My parents really enjoyed staying here. They asked me to book this place again when they’re in Saigon next time.
