Pet-friendly holiday rentals in District 12

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

This was possibly the best Airbnb experience I've had in Vietnam. Raymond's proactive communication and flexibility over check-in made my arrival and recovery from the flight much easier than usual. The apartment was very comfortable and convenient for the metro and restaurants. The river outlook is lovely and peaceful. All in all I can highly recommend this apartment. Thanks Raymond.

Thank you for your hospitality and attentive care. The building has a nice swimming pool and a gym, which was great. The area is convenient with many grocery stores nearby (some open late), pharmacies, and a riverwalk not far away. The house is easy to find, and taxis have no problem reaching it. The apartment has everything needed for a stay — hairdryer, washing machine, steamer, and more. Maybe I would add a corkscrew (I don’t drink alcohol, but it would be useful for those who drink wine) and a ladle for soup. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The host was attentive and responded quickly to all questions. Overall, the stay was calm and comfortable. Thank you and all the best!

We loved our stay, super clean, beautiful apparently with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Felt very safe as it’s a gated community. The pool was beautiful but very crowded with families/ young children that are residents of the community. Overall very beautiful place & enjoyed our time.

One of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh! Great price, I would recommend to everyone. The place felt very luxurious and out of a movie, and the bed was superior. It was better than any bed I’ve ever slept in. The gym and pool on the rooftop were perfect, with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend the cafe on the corner -Madison cafe. Sadly I only stayed for 1 night. Host responded within 5min every time!

The house is very clean, in the nice area and suitable for a group with 4 years old children. We had very good time there and probably will come back one day. The host is very friendly and helpful. The housemaid also very helpful too. Specially the doggies are very sweet.

Me and my Family stayed at this Villa for 2 days It is really great, the interior is extremely luxurious and has a modern touch of Europe,we have experienced a great time,Villa has access to an entire 9 bedrooms with a private bathroom and a private bathroom, an additional 2 private toilets outside, a relaxing pool and a beautiful Piano next to it is well insulated Karaoke, good music I would go back to this place for sure Thank you, Hanh! The hostess answered the message very quickly. The place is very spacious and comfortable, suitable for group of friends or family who like peace, privacy. Will not be too suitable for a group of friends who are active at night and noisy due to a curfew

The house is located near a supermarket with lots of local food around. It is in a quiet street so you can barely hear anything from the street. The place is very spacious and clean. We had a wedding during our stay and the host made sure we got everything we need. We really appreciate it. The communication was very fast. We highly recommend this place.

Everything was beautiful. Picity is a wonderful place. Du is great, always in touch. It would be better for guests if there was a water dispenser.

The location is ideal, convenient to move the districts because I have worked recently. The apartment is secure, clean and beautiful. Friendly host, reception and security. Around the apartment, there are many facilities to go to the market, supermarket or eat. Quiet area, will support again when there is a chance!

The place is very clean and easy to find. They has a huge TV with Netflix account on it so me and my spouse can spend movie time together. It is a duplex room but the ceiling is high so it's definitely not a minus point. Trang is a helpful host and quick response. We are extremely enjoy our 5 days staycation in this place.

I had to make a last minute reservation to extend my stay in HMC due to a missed flight. It was perfect for my needs and highly recommend Lan’s hospitality.
