This place, and Dhigurah in general, are very laid back and someplace to go to totally relax. Transferring from Male to another island can be very complicated, but they took care of everything and even had a person at the Male airport to walk us thru the transfer. Dhigurah itself is growing, but for now the tourism infrastructure is still being developed. That being said, there are many good restaurants within walking distance, several gift shops, and Wifi is everywhere. But then again that isolation is part of what makes Dhigurah and Bliss so special.

the staff was wonderful and managed to make our vacation perfect. In particular, Bamsha and all the other staff members have organized and booked us for excursions and all activities. The hotel is new, with working shower, hot water, air conditioning. You can eat and there is a small pool outside. It's super close to the beach for tourists. Personally, I recommend this island, because it is calm, without cars, with an unbeatable sea. Outside the beach for tourists you can't use the bikini (you can swim with a t-shirt and shorts), but this is also a way to get in touch with locals and their culture. The island is safe and everyone is very kind. There are also great restaurants by the sea nearby.

Ahmed was a great place. Anytime I need anything, he was only one text or call away. His place is awesome! Very unique to Maldives. Nice kitchen and bathroom with a bed upstairs in the loft. Highly recommend if you want privacy and home away from home.
