Beachfront holiday rentals in Dewey Beach

Our family had a fabulous reunion. The house was a great space for us. The porch and balcony’s were extra special since we did have some rainy brisk days. Extra special to get to the beach with our 92 year old matriarch that had A-fib, using a beach wheelchair that Paul was so helpful with information on that. Thank you!

We had a great stay at this AirBnB, it truly is right on the water. The pictures and all the listed amenities are accurate. The house was very clean and the air conditioning worked great on hot days. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious and each bedroom and the living room has their own Smart TV. We appreciated the first floor bedroom and bathroom for our older guests. The location provides immediate access to the beach with a lovely deck, a short drive to Milton restaurants and a quick walk to the Broadkill store for pantry items. The houses are close together and everyone was friendly and respectful of quiet hours. Linda was incredibly responsive and check-in was easy.

Well equipped house within very short walking distance to quite, private beach. Great amenities -- including bikes, kayak and paddle board. Private beach was gorgeous and very dog friendly, water was calm and shallow. Short driving distance to Lewes for great food, including terrific crabs.

this is the … you know, i don’t even know what time at this point as my friends and i have made it a tradition to stay here twice per year for the last 3? 4? 5 years? john’s place never ceases to amaze me especially this time w/ multiple renovations including a master bedroom downstairs! can’t say enough good things, look forward to booking in the fall, thank you so much john!

We booked a last-minute stay at Victors place and needed to bring our pup. The location itself was AMAZING, a very short walk to the shore. Everything was as described and felt very comfortable. My only complaint is that there are homes being built right in front of the home and there was some construction going on (noisy) in the morning. We would definitely book again!

There are many nice features about the rental. Being by the Beach, the living spaces are on the second and third floor, so the dumbwaiter is helpful to transfer your luggage items to the top floors. With board games, bumper pool, shuffle board, arcade, 2 TV areas, large dining table and roof deck, there is plenty of entertainment in the house and plenty of nooks for everyone to occupy. All the bathrooms are inside the bedrooms except one. Roof deck has a great view of sunrise and sunset. On the ground floor, there are beach chairs, wagon, and kayaks available. We were there for Memorial weekend and horseshoe crabs were supposed to be beaching to mate at high tide, but unfortunately we didn't catch them at the right time. We still saw plenty of crabs and collected plenty of shells. The beach access is easy and feels so private. we love being away from the crowd. Rehoboth, Lewey, and Cape Henlopen state Park are only a short drive away for half day excursions. We all loved this trip!

Jason is an excellent host. The place was great and was exactly as described. Great location and very quiet. Our young daughters had a blast seeing all of the horseshoe crabs. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful spot! Great location, close to all the happenings of Ocean City, but peaceful and quiet at the house…perfect set up. Great neighborhood. The house is beautiful, all the beds very comfortable. The back deck is gorgeous, thoroughly enjoyed that space and taking the kayaks out on the canal! It’s worth bringing your own linens and towels, we packed everything into a large tote and it worked out perfectly. Very responsive and friendly host! We had a great time here and plan to return. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay with Oceans Edge Vacations at Marigot Beach Suites! The unit was very clean and in a great location with access to the beach in under 1 minute. The Host and Oceans Edge Vacations team was excellent! Upon check in Airbnb had an old # listed first on my account instead on my current #. My check in instructions was sent by Airbnb to the old # instead of my current #. The Oceans Edge Vacations staff was patient and attentive with me in solving the issue. Oceans Edge Vacations team sent me my check in instructions to my current # fast and explained how the issue can be fixed with Airbnb. Since my check in instructions was sent to a # that wasn't mine currently I requested a new access code be sent. The Oceans Edge Vacations staff changed my access code and sent it immediately. I was then free to enjoy my visit knowing no one but me had access to my unit. I can't say enough about the unit, Oceans Edge Vacations and it's Staff. I strongly recommend Oceans Edge Vacations.

Condo was exactly as described! Amazing oceanfront view! I was also impressed with how much room there was. It was cruiser week so it was a tad bit noisy at night, but other than that and the fact we couldn’t stay longer, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay!

Nice place, great location. We experienced some hiccups with some construction that we and the owner were not aware of. However, the owner was extremely responsible and helpful with improving our stay.

Adam was a great host, answered all questions we had in a timely manner and went above and beyond to check in to make sure we were settling in and enjoying our stay. Our daughter loved the extra amenities of toys and the bunk beds. This home provided beautiful views of the sunrise on the beach and an excellent view of the sunset on the bay. We are already planning our next stay.

We had a wonderful time! Waking up both mornings to dolphins right outside your sliding glass door was the highlight! We can’t wait to get back!

Was an adorable place! It was perfect for the weekend away! It was within walking dostance of the beach and boardwalk. Matthew was amazing with his instructions on how to locate the home. He was very quick to respond and extremely kind. Highly recommend this place!

We had a great time at Seth’s place. The location was perfect, quiet but still plenty to do. Easy beach access and clear directions for everything. Watched dolphins from the balcony and loved hearing the waves.

Marianna’s Air BnB was perfect would highly recommend! Beautiful view in the morning when you wake up! It is tucked away back from the big roads, but it’s not too far from all the outlets and stores and stuff. My wife and I had our honeymoon here and we really enjoyed it! It’s great for a little family too. If I were to change one thing, it would probably be the bed had me a little stiff but other than that, I have no complaints. If we needed anything, we would just text or call Marianna and she would reply right away, very good host and very nice house!

The cottage was in a great location and perfect for the weekend we had planned. The space was very clean and tidy. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would certainly stay there again.

Close to the Beach! Wonderful home, nice layout and plenty of natural light. Spotless interior. Great peaceful decor! Enjoy a few board games provided.

We planned a girl’s weekend trip for Mother’s Day. It was amazing! Luckily for us; it was not quite “beach season” but things were open and we were lucky to experience the different beaches with little traffic and ZERO parking fees. The house was beautiful. Wherever you choose to sit and sip your beverage of choice, you’ll have a beautiful view. The house is spacious and came equipped with some baby essentials that helped lighten our load with packing. Ashlee was very responsive! We really loved this place & hope to return again.

Laura was a very responsive and wonderful host! She went above and beyond with providing a variety of things to do and see during our stay. She also made sure the check in and check out process went smoothly. The home was well kept, clean and had a great view! Being able to relax on the back porch with the sound of the waves was so peaceful. Our family had a great stay and will definitely be back! Thank you Laura!

We were fortunate during our particular weekend that OC was not very busy in general. There were no other neighbors present in the other units in the buidling which made it very quiet. No other neighbors also meant we had the deck to ourselves. When it was not raining, the deck view of the ocean was beautiful. The walk to the beach was quick. Anna and Patrick were very accessible, responsive, and kind. It was perfect for our plans and needs.

Absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean house with a stunning view over the water. The screened porch is huge and the living space is enormous and open. My children loved playing on the beach and riding their bikes to the little market nearby for ice cream. The area is peaceful but not too far from Rehoboth and Lewes for a day out. The host was kind and responsive.

The home is so private and secluded. We loved it. The house is situated perfectly on a strip of beach between Primehook Nature Preserve and Delaware Bay. From the deck on the front of the house you see the marsh and sunsets and from the back deck you can watch the sun rise over the water. It is a new construction with unobstructed views from the windows and sliding glass doors, and everything is clean and well appointed. Falling asleep to the waves, watching the moon rise and waking to the sunrise without ever leaving bed were my favorite activities! We also loved watching the wild life. We watched a couple crabbing from the bridge one night and saw fox on our morning walks along the shore and even saw two bald eagles. Our grand children enjoyed the bay beach where the waves were not intimidating and we liked being only steps from the house! It was only a 20 minute drive to restaurants in the quaintest little town of Lewes. We look forward to vacationing here again!
