Beach house holiday rentals in Dewey Beach

We had a wonderful stay at Abubakar’s place. It was relaxing but had the right amount of opportunities for entertainment. The natural setting was beautiful - we walked to the beach and viewed migrating horseshoe crabs and the accompanying shorebirds. (The insects were in full force this time of year, so we did cover up well. )The screened in porch was a perfect place for enjoying the sights and sounds. We took advantage of the ping pong tables,bicycles and big screen tv. The local pickleball courts are within biking distance and we enjoyed a few games. Great host and property. We hope to return!

We enjoyed our stay. Considering how close it was to the beach, the house was a great deal. Probably the best value for an AirBNB I've ever stayed.

This is a very family friendly home and beach. The beach was very close and so private. I loved the fire pit and the hot tub. The way the house was divided into three living spaces on each floor was really great for our situation. There were so many amenities, such as the kayaks, the fishing poles, and the bikes. I also really liked how the kitchen was well stocked, which made it feel very homelike. The host was very responsive - within 10 minutes, even late at night. Area is nice & close to Rehoboth boardwalk, about a 30 minute drive. This is my first time in a northern East Coast beach, and it was really great. It was a bay, so there were not a ton of waves, which worked out well for our kids. But for a bay, it did seem really close to open ocean as well, so I didn’t feel like we were missing out. There was so much wildlife in the area. We saw stingrays, dolphins, sharks, and of course, horseshoe crabs. Recommend 100%. Bring bug (mosquito) spray - only negative. Will stay again!

We were in OC for a soccer tournament and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. We found this condo somewhat last minute and couldn’t be happier with the property and all the amenities. Everything we needed was in the property and the management was responsive with our questions. They also provide you dish soap/sponges/laundry pods but had brought my own not knowing (normally, hosts make you bring everything!) so left these for next guests. What a nice touch! I’ll know for the next time! You can literally walk in, relax, and enjoy. Thank you again for hosting us. We’ll see you again soon.

A beautiful home in an amazing location. Loved the peaceful and friendly neighborhood and easy beach access. Natalie was super communicative and friendly. She shared clear instructions and great recommendations for things to do nearby.

The house is lovely and well appointed with the little things we always forget. The screened porch is expansive and perfect for peaceful bay views and catching ocean breezes.

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The house was so quaint, clean, well stocked, and all on one floor. There was plenty of space for my multi-generational family. Also, the beaches and other area attractions were nearby (just a short drive). I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Our family of 5 loved our time in the Rehoboth Beach area. Danielle was a responsive, friendly host and her home was a lovely respite from the bustling beach and boardwalk. We loved gathering in the open kitchen/dining & living room for family meals, movies, and games. The backyard and pool area is so peaceful & inviting, they clearly put a lot of thought and care into the outdoors and the whole home. We stay in a lot of airbnbs and this was one of our favorites. It’s well-situated just about a 7 minute drive to Rehoboth and a 15 minute drive to Lewes. Some recommendations we could offer include: making dish towels available in the kitchen (to avoid using too many paper towels), adding carpet treads to the stairs (the hardwood is beautiful but slippery), and refreshing the mattress in the second king bedroom (we found it overly soft). That said we loved our time and would happily stay again!

We had a great time at Karan’s place. It was clean and beautiful, in the perfect location. Unfortunately, the previous guest misplaced the pool key but Karan was apologetic and worked hard to get us access to the pool when we needed it. We had a great time and would definitely visit again.

We were looking for a nice home to stay in and when we saw this one on the internet we just loved it; it was so spacious - beautifully decorated on the inside - so comfortable - had all the amenities we needed. The floor plan was great for families also - master bedroom on the back opening up to a screened porch - so refreshing to sit on in the morning with coffee - birds were chirping and the geese flew over every morning. The home was spotless - we could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay. The host stayed in touch if needed and everything was easy to access. We were there for five days and enjoyed every minute that we were there. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay! We want to thank the hosts for sharing their home with us and will plan on seeing them again in the future. Five star on everything!!

beautiful well-appointed and cozy condo. the location is ideal for family gatherings. there is a supermarket within walking distance as well as a shopping mall. the beach is a 5-minute walk from the condo. if you are looking to stay in Ocean City but looking to get away from the crowds at the southern end of the City, this is the location for you! parking with plentiful on the street and it was convenient to have a parking spot available right in front of the condo. Jana is an excellent, proactive host. her response time was superb and her tone was always friendly. she took the time to leave clear instructions in her manual and all expectations were clearly set. My entire family loved loved loved the location. Thank you again Jana. You are the best!

Loved our stay here! Overall a spotless and clean place with great kids' rooms (and having access to the pool was ideal for lounging) and good bedrooms for the adults too. Also the first place I have stayed with a shuffleboard -- lots of activities to keep kids entertained (for hours lol). We were looking for a nice space steps from the beach with pretty balcony views and we got it. Will be back.

Nice one-week stay for four. The place was comfortable, quiet, and well-appointed, convenient to the beach and everything else we were interested in. Check-in was easy and flexible, and Liz was very responsive.

I agree with the other reviewers that this was the best equipped and stunningly decorated Air BnB we have ever stayed in. Additionally Luda was very responsive with information and requests. We are seven women who have been getting together for a "girls" holiday for the past 31 years! We have been up and down the East coast and to the Pacific Northwest. The quiet neighborhood and spacious open concept living area plus comfortable bedrooms were over-the-top. The Rehoboth shopping and restaurants are near by and an easy access by bike or car. A 30 minute walk takes you to the boardwalk. We look froward to our return stay as long as Luda agrees!

Erica’s home was a great spot for our weekend getaway! All noted amenities were met and much appreciated. Great location and proximity. Even providing local recommendations and labeling of all light switches was a huge bonus. Only feedback we had was on all of the mini ants and flies throughout the house. We were made aware that this may be an issue due to its bayside location. The backyard was also in need of some TLC (dead potted plants) and old furniture stacked in corner. Outside shower also did not work. Other than these features, the house met our needs perfectly and was a comfortable stay!

This place was super clean! Everything was as described. Location was great! Lots of food options and walkable. Excellent for families. She thought of every detail including toddler plates, bed bumpers, sound machine! I’d highly recommend this place!

Fantastic place to stay! We had our 11-month old and 3-year old with us, and it was perfect for staying with small kids. Ann provided a pack n play crib, high chair, outlet covers, and a baby gate for the stairs, which was sooo helpful. Everything was super clean and organized and I was so impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen was with good cooking supplies and small appliances. The beach was walkable for adults, but with all our gear and the heat, we drove with the kids—the parking pass helped us get a free spot right by the beach/boardwalk for free anytime we needed! The nature center right across the street has a small, shaded playground and boardwalk to the marsh for exploring. We often walked to DiFebo’s Market (obsessed) for pastries and coffee, then hit the playground or the Assawoman Canal Trail in the morning with the kids. We had fun playing with water toys in the front yard and hanging out on the balcony at night. Whole area & neighborhood very quiet! Would recommend!
