Beach house holiday rentals in Delaware

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful with lots of space and exceptionally well stocked. The pictures really don’t do it justice. We spent a lot of time on the very comfortable screened in porch. A few nice surprises: the water pressure was fantastic, the washer and dryer are huge, and there was ample fridge space upstairs and a second one on the first floor. Paul was also very responsive during our stay and very nice! We’d love to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at Abubakar’s place. It was relaxing but had the right amount of opportunities for entertainment. The natural setting was beautiful - we walked to the beach and viewed migrating horseshoe crabs and the accompanying shorebirds. (The insects were in full force this time of year, so we did cover up well. )The screened in porch was a perfect place for enjoying the sights and sounds. We took advantage of the ping pong tables,bicycles and big screen tv. The local pickleball courts are within biking distance and we enjoyed a few games. Great host and property. We hope to return!

Well equipped house within very short walking distance to quite, private beach. Great amenities -- including bikes, kayak and paddle board. Private beach was gorgeous and very dog friendly, water was calm and shallow. Short driving distance to Lewes for great food, including terrific crabs.

Another wonderful beach vacation at Eileen’s cottage! This was our 4th year staying here and always love the cottage, area, beach, restaurants, etc. Booking next year!

There are many nice features about the rental. Being by the Beach, the living spaces are on the second and third floor, so the dumbwaiter is helpful to transfer your luggage items to the top floors. With board games, bumper pool, shuffle board, arcade, 2 TV areas, large dining table and roof deck, there is plenty of entertainment in the house and plenty of nooks for everyone to occupy. All the bathrooms are inside the bedrooms except one. Roof deck has a great view of sunrise and sunset. On the ground floor, there are beach chairs, wagon, and kayaks available. We were there for Memorial weekend and horseshoe crabs were supposed to be beaching to mate at high tide, but unfortunately we didn't catch them at the right time. We still saw plenty of crabs and collected plenty of shells. The beach access is easy and feels so private. we love being away from the crowd. Rehoboth, Lewey, and Cape Henlopen state Park are only a short drive away for half day excursions. We all loved this trip!

Great place, spacious, great hosts, super neighbors. This is a private beach, no parking or access for public, so this is an exclusive place and well worth it.

We loved staying here for our family getaway! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Added bonus that beach chairs and umbrellas are available so we didn't need to bring ours! It was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was peaceful and the scenery was breathtaking. Janna was very responsive to any concerns or needs. We would love to stay here again! highly recommend!

We planned a girl’s weekend trip for Mother’s Day. It was amazing! Luckily for us; it was not quite “beach season” but things were open and we were lucky to experience the different beaches with little traffic and ZERO parking fees. The house was beautiful. Wherever you choose to sit and sip your beverage of choice, you’ll have a beautiful view. The house is spacious and came equipped with some baby essentials that helped lighten our load with packing. Ashlee was very responsive! We really loved this place & hope to return again.

We visit Rehoboth every summer., and Thierry and Teresa's property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The location was conveniently located by the outlets and grocery stores without having to go out the main road where it gets super congested. The property itself was beautiful and it felt like home for us. We found comfort and relaxation throughout the entire house, but the sunroom was our absolute favorite spot! We spent a lot of time in the sunroom for coffee, lunch, and dinner after a day outdoors. Our littles loved the bonus kids' room. They spent a lot of time enjoying the books provided and watching shows after a long day at the beach. The two fridges were also amazing to keep all of our drinks and food for two families. We would book Thierry and Teresa's property again!

Had a great stay! The house was really nice, clean, and had everything we needed. Ryan was super communicative and made everything easy from start to finish. Really appreciated how chill and helpful he was. The place was in a good spot and everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend—good vibes all around!

My family and I had a wonderful stay and we highly recommend to everyone looking to stay in this area! The home was spotless, comfortable, and smartly decorated. The rooms and kitchen/dining area are spacious. We enjoyed relaxing in the sunroom, it’s truly peaceful and private. We didn’t get to use the firepit, but will be next time. The neighborhood was quiet—nice for relaxing after a day in the sun. There’s a pool/tennis court in the neighborhood that is super clean and you can walk to from the house. The home is ~15 minute drive from Bethany Beach and ~25 to Rehoboth Beach. Also, a super easy checkout which you don’t always find with vacation rentals! We’d definitely love to stay here again and plan to!!!!

Our family enjoyed the Dodd home. There was adequate space for everyone. We loved the location which was in close proximity to Dewey and Rehoboth beach. The kids really enjoyed having a pool. They said they don’t want to go to a hotel ever again. We enjoyed cooking on the grill & playing games in the evening. We can’t forget to mention the wonderful hot tub. It was such a great added attraction. We will return next year for sure.

We had a great short weekend and everything we needed and a great walkable restaurant and market.

Amy’s friendly and welcoming beach house was the perfect after Labor Day getaway. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials for family meals. The beds were comfortable, and I especially appreciated closets and drawers in all three bedrooms. Plenty of beach chairs and wagon available so no need to bring them . The local Bethany Beach was within walking distance, though after the summer season we found easy parking one block from the water. Great price for a long weekend near the beach after the summer season. Amy was attentive and available. We had no issues at all, and would eagerly book a long weekend again at Amy’s home.

We had an amazing stay and we loved the pool! It's definitely not your average Airbnb and felt like home. We had 5 adults & 1 toddler. The upstairs was great for the toddler/my husband and I since it was larger and had the private bathroom but was still usable to other guests, if needed because of the separate doors. There also had all the beach amenities you would need, which was so helpful - along with the Rehoboth parking pass. We can't thank M&M enough for this great option!

Perfect place to stay in Rehoboth! I felt it was much easier to get around the beach town from the location of this house.

We spent the weekend at this beautiful home with our young adult children and their significant others. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out or to be alone. The porch was amazing, we loved the sunrises. We made lots of yummy meals/desserts and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house is private but still close enough to activities, if you really wanna 😉

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The outdoor area was stunning and served as a fantastic gathering spot for our guests. Inside, everything was spotless and well-updated, and Diane was an exceptional host. We’ll definitely be booking this place again the next time we're in the area!

This place is absolutely magical. It exceeded our (already high) expectations in every way. The beach house is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, comfortable and makes excellent use of the small space. Everything you could think of needing is there! Susan was very sweet, leaving a small welcome gift, and helpful and communicative throughout the stay if needed. It genuinely felt like we had our own private (massive) beach. It is a bay beach and Susan accurately describes it, but we were expecting hoards of bugs. We only needed bug spray one evening out of a 4-day stay. There’s tons of shorebirds, beautiful rocks, shells and sand, and there’s about a mile of beach directly north of the bungalow that’s totally undeveloped, so it feels like you’re staying IN a nature preserve. We had thought we would go out and tour some of the other nearby beaches, but ended up wanting to just stay at Kitt’s Hummock, we liked it so much! I would take another vacation *just* to stay here again.

I’ve never walked into someone else’s home and felt immediately like it was my “happy place” until Niki’s beach home. Our two young daughters were also smitten and have already said they want to go back to the beach house. The home itself is beautiful. The location is perfection. It was so clean & well stocked. Im going to be stalking the availability calendar to go back!

We had a lovely time at Jenni’s place! We stayed at the house for a weekend because we had a wedding to attend close by but we wish we could have stayed longer! Location was amazing and so peaceful! We thoroughly enjoyed birdwatching and relaxing on the porch. The house itself was very spacious, and beautifully decorated! Would love to return again to explore the town and spend time at the beach!

Great place, great location! Horseshoe crabs at the beach was an unexpected bonus! The home itself is very clean, and there are many nice touches throughout. The shower in the Master suite is enormous! The kitchen is spacious and stocked with many dishes, pots and pans, but could use some more food basics (like sugar and coffee). Our only real complaints are about the beds: the ones on the first floor are a bit creaky, and the ceiling in the loft is so low that the beds up there are really only for young kids under 5 feet tall that can climb a ladder. However, the pullout bed in the couch is great, so we were just fine. Overall a fantastic place -- we would stay again!

The property looks exactly like it does in the photos. It was clean and easy to navigate with lots of space for people to spread out and enjoy their time. The kitchen was well stocked and had the basics needed for meal prep. The house is just down the street from Bethany Beach's main street and you can easily get to Rehoboth or Ocean City as well. DEL 302 Management provided a clean space and clear, detailed instructions the entire time. There are multiple thermostats for this home and it took us a minute to find the upstairs one which we needed to knock the upstairs down a couple degrees. Also two of the three bathrooms are on the upper floor, which means people staying in bedrooms on the main floor and entry level may need to be ready to go use a shower in one of those two rooms. This is just a quirk of the house and was easily solved when we realized it. Overall my experience was wonderful and a great space for my friends and I to celebrate a couple of our birthdays.

We had a great week staying here, and enjoyed the views from all of the decks, the sunsets were amazing! We really enjoyed the location, being off the main island away from the noise but so close to everything still. Just a 20 minute drive to the boardwalk, cute towns like Berlin, and shopping. The house had everything you need to enjoy your stay, the hot tub and games were a big hit with everyone. We walked to restaurants and saw some great wildlife too. Would definitely recommend!
