Monthly Rentals in Dewees Island

I had a family emergency, which required me to be down a day prior. Kendra was very accommodating understood my situation. I had no issues whatsoever throughout my stay. I did have a package that I ordered from Amazon that was delivered by the Postal Service and putting in that condos mailbox, which I did not have access to. This all transpired, the day prior to me leaving. In the morning I was to leave as I started packing. I noticed a package on the welcome mat and it was the item I had ordered. Kendra got the package and delivered it to me early on a Sunday morning. I have never had such a nice and attentive landlord, as Kendra. I like the area so much that I am actually looking for a condo myself in that exact same area. It’s close to the beach shopping. You can walk to some specialty stores and local restaurants. Great place to plan your vacation. I will be doing it again and looking forward to working with her.

I spent a glorious month in Mount Pleasant with my husband and two dogs. We really enjoyed the backyard, it was quaint and so quiet! The space inside was comfortable and setup to make work from home very easy. The beds were comfy, there was ample storage for all our things, but the best part was probably the lovely showers with amazing water pressure!! The proximity to great shopping and my favorite place, the beach, just can't be beat! I was sad to leave but unfortunately had to return to my usual life in NY. At least I came home to flowers and greenery! Thanks for everything Jennifer and Jeffrey!

We had a nice stay at Ashley & Josh's. It is a cute place very clean and quiet. Big Thank You to them, we had a flight change and needed to adjust our accommodations they were quick to respond and helped us out. We would definitely, recommend staying here.

Tracy’s place was a great stay! I was there for over a month and it was in a great location, stocked with everything you need, and she is very responsive!! The space is perfect for one person either stopping through or for an extended stay. Thank you Tracy!
