Kim was brilliant at communicating. The annexe was just as described. Comfortable bed, great shower, everything worked. The outside decked area is great if you get the weather for it.

Erika’s place was fantastic. Exactly what we need for our four night stay with a family of four. A little off the beaten track but that’s exactly what we were looking for and it was only 10 minutes drive back into Betws-y-Coed. The waterfalls seen from the property were stunning, especially after overnight heavy rain. Thank you Erika for a wonderful stay and for sharing your magical spot with us. We will definitely look to return 😊

Beautiful views, cottage was spacious, comfortable, clean and had everything you needed. We had a great stay, exploring the area.

Chris was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble and he made sure we felt settled and suggested a range of things to do and places to eat. The studio itself was well equipped and in a fantastic location, with beautiful walks from the door. We will definitely be back!
