The place is great. Very clean and safe. Beatriz is very kind and proactive. For the price, the accommodation is excellent. About 1km from the historic center and affordable restaurant nearby. I would highly recommend it.

The house and pool were even better than the pictures! Such a beautiful place to stay and in a lovely, quiet gated community. Everything was perfect. Leticia is a fantastic host, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area and beyond. We would definitely recommend staying here. Definitely helpful to have a car to explore as the villa is a few km out of Valladolid

We loved our stay at Memo's place! Everything was super clean, and the kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast one morning. The location is excellent--a short walk to restaurants, stores, the center of town, etc. There's even a lovely coffee shop right across from the house that we stopped in at twice. The AC worked well, and the bed was comfy. We would absolutely stay here again! 😊

The house is very nice and well located for walking activities, we traveled with our 3 dogs and there were amenities for them too :) , we would definitely come back.
