Monthly Rentals in Cuenca del Medio Jarama

Just what we needed, in my case I went for a week with two babies (two years and 9 months) and it was quite comfortable for them, in addition to leaving us toys with which they entertained themselves a lot. It's a garage that was adapted from a floor/annex but has everything you need, and for this hot season there was air conditioning. The only downside I could see is that there is no ventilation or window, (only one in the main room that is more of a ventilation that leads to a basement). In general, everything is correct ✔️ and has everything you need to have a good stay.

We were originally looking to stay in Madrid but are very grateful to have stayed at Esteban's place instead! There are many beautiful towns in the region and the environment is peaceful. The apartment is well appointed and generous with bathroom and other amenities. Esteban and Diego were perfect hosts, making us feel comfortable and giving lots of advice about the area. Highly recommended!

My husband, my daughter we spent three months while we were renovating our house. From the first moment we felt the apartment as our own house. It is spacious, bright, quiet and with respectful neighbors. It is a place to disconnect and rest from everyday stress. Fernando and Isabel were very attentive and loving from the first moment, I think their house is a reflection of them, warm, bright and serene. It was definitely a great fit to stay there.

I was very happy with the accommodation, impeccable, very well-equipped, and very cool, which is important in Madrid. The neighborhood is very friendly, easy to access and the train nearby allowed me to visit Madrid without difficulties and without taking the car. Jan was very welcoming, very friendly and gave very good advice for restaurants and other activities. I highly and 100% recommend this accommodation.
