Rosie is a very friendly host. She has two beautiful dogs and great house with a beautiful view. She has made our stay very enjoyable.

Charming accomodation with stunning views and the perfect set-up for you and your pup! We had a wonderful time staying in the Annex. Melissa and Steve were so friendly and even treated us to some vegan goodies when we arrived (after thoughtfully checking our doetary requirements ahead of time). They shared plenty of helpful recommendations - including a wonderful hike around Black Rocks and a tranquil canal. Plenty of dog friendly activites a short drive away and excellent walks from the doorstep. Thorouhly recommend the Annex as a base to explore the Peaks and Derbyshire Dales.

The cottage was excellent, clean with ample space. The instructions were helpful and simple. The cottage is recommended.
