Great place to stay and easy to reach. Great to have food at the Osteria in town…. Very quiet town but not far from anything. Would for sure go back.

A peaceful break after the chaos of Florence. The farm is beautiful and the apartment immaculately restored. Centrally located in the Chianti region, making day trips to the surrounding towns and wine farms very convenient. The pool was an added bonus, and each night we had sundowners and snacks at our own outdoor table overlooking the countryside. Linda was very helpful with recommendations and made the bbq available to us as well. Highly recommend a stay here.

Not knowing Tuscany or Chianti at all, we were looking for a place that would give us what we thought would be the perfect Tuscan holiday experience. We found it here at il Villino. Although the apartment was probably a bit smaller than we anticipated, it was very comfortable, clean and just fine. If you are going to do any cooking, the kitchen is OK, but it does not have an oven, and make sure you take your own sharp knifes if you can! Castellina is really lovely. There are lots of nice restaurants there and all the meals we had were great. We walked into town most days along the old Roman path. We also walked the other direction to Fonterutoli which is a bit closer and a lovely walk. All in all, I would highly recommend it is a nice place to spend a few days.

Amazing home with a breathtaking view of the Tuscan landscape of Chianti. A relaxing calm with the complicity of the birdsong. A privilege to share with family. Our child was very happy to discover their room with new games. Cinzia is a wonderful host. A "high level" home!
