This place was everything an Airbnb should be. I was in constant contact with the host who always checked on me to make sure i was okay. Extremely clean. Felt very safe behind the gate of the home. The projector was amazing with tons and tons of options on the firestick. Easy to order food and amazon packages. I would stay here again any day. I was honestly sad to leave after my month was up. I will always remember this cute little place as a staple that contributed to my settling in LA! THEE perfect place!!

Everything was perfect. I was especially impressed with the view, the comfort, and the privacy. Being able to have my coffee in peace, or even to unwind in front on the tv, after a day of activities, meant the world to me. I would definitely come back just to enjoy that beautiful, quiet space. Worth every penny.❤️

I stayed here for 10 days. It is located in the back, and is a well-furnished unit. There were containers of coffee, tea and some condiments, pasta and a variety of ingredients to make a meal or snack, prior to shopping for my own food. The temperature was cool, and I just had to use the ceiling fans for cooling purposes, however, there are air conditioner units in the home. The host - Tonya did deliver on what is on her ad for her unit. The unit is well maintained, and a very comfortable space. The neighborhood is mostly industrial, with auto collision places, an industrial bakery (smell was really good when I did a little walk) and a supermarket, a few coffee places (I recommend Tartino or Vees) and some restaurants easily accessible by walking, however, a car(or Uber) is necessary to get to Culver City(which is around 2 miles away), or any of the places of interest you might want to visit.

Noell's place is as described, very private, clean and complete with amenities that one would like to have, we especially liked the kitchenette, it is ready for simple cooking, even provided a welcome snack. If you like using the public transportation, Noell's place is highly recommended as the bus stop is just 2 minutes walking distance. All places you would wish to visit is all accessible by the Metro transportation system, bus and rail. Overall Noell's place is highly recommended.
