A very vibrant and tech forward building. Well located at the edge of Downtown. Easy communication with a 24 hour reception desk in the lobby. Beautiful workout amenity, outdoor pool and a cafe off the lobby The Latch app is a must. Entering complicated codes in the elevator and doors is a pain. Flashing the app is simpler, faster and less exasperating. One of our better AirB&B experiences

I was looking for some R&R and this place hit the spot. Laura was great — inviting and so responsive. LIRR station was just a 10-minute Uber ride away. I didn’t have issues booking an Uber from and back to the station. The place itself is as advertised. The private beach is only a couple of minutes walk away. I also easily walked to some nearby restaurants and Laura’s place also has a fridge. The neighborhood has a laid back vibe and I left relaxed and refreshed. Thanks for a great stay, Laura! Can’t wait to visit again.

My sister and I stayed at Kevin and Mina’s beautiful barn for 5 days. It was the perfect home base as we traveled through the neighboring towns on the Gilmore Girls trail. The house itself was specious, clean, well-decorated, and comfortable. It was great having the flexibility of enjoying the natural sunlight with the skylights open during the day and being able to sleep in a little with them closed overnight. Would definitely stay here again!

We were so lucky to find Laurie”s place for a quick last minute trip. It was perfectly located for us. Very comfortable bed and furniture, good light for a lower level studio, very nice bathroom/shower. Laurie was lovely. Welcoming and friendly!

The home was dated, but definitely worth the price. Convenient to shopping (Trader Joe's), access to I95, and just a short drive to downtown Darien. The amenities are also dated, i.e., not a walk-in shower but a jacuzzi type tub. Rory's restaurant was next door, which had very good food and reasonably priced. The host needs to add hand towels for the bathroom, and tea towels for the kitchen. The host was very responsive to text messages. Overall, we very much enjoyed the house.

This apartment was perfect. Great restaurants all in walking distance. Very easy and safe parking garage upon arrival. The apartment was clean and spacious for two people. All the appliances worked, and the water was hot. The location was also very good. Less than 20 minutes from major hiking trails and 35 minutes from Time Square. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here for sure.

Comfortable, Beautiful Apartment-Close to Downtown

I am new to the Stamford / Greenwich area and needed a place to stay while I looked for a permanent residence. I stayed at Juan's place for about 3.5 months. It was very convenient to Greenwich (where I work) and to downtown Stamford (restaurants and shops) and the Stamford train station, which has great express trains to NYC. It is also very close to a grocery store and several gyms (I chose Orange Theory, only a few blocks away). I chose Juan's place for the location and king size bed. The bed was very comfortable, the towels were great and the overall unit worked really well for myself and my husband - it has wifi and we connected to our Netflix & other apps thru the smart TV. It fits two people comfortably and has a pull out sofa for guests (my college-age children visited a few times). The kitchen has what you need, including a dishwasher. There is one permanent parking space available and several guest spots. Juan was very responsive and a great host. Highly recommend!
