Monthly Rentals in Courtenay

Daryl's place was great. Super clean and had everything you needed. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Host was very responsive. Beautiful property and backyard to sit in. Comfortable bed. They even had Mint Shampoo /Conditioner so it was nice to see supporting local small business. The snacks they left were thoughtful as well as a doggy dish. Daryl accommodated our dogs to stay with us which is GREATLY appreciated. Would definitely recommend if you are staying in the area. One of the best places we have stayed. Thank You !!!

Really nice place. Clean and spacious. Good location. Only downside was the lack of stove / oven. But close enough to grocery stores and restaurants.

Our stay with Erin was fantastic. Prompt communication ahead of our stay with check in details and loads of suggestions for day trips. Erin was super responsive with some of the questions we had and incredibly friendly. Really loved the outdoor space.

Robert and Claire’s place was ideal! Super homey with high end kitchen condiments and surprise homey touches :) They’re lovely people and were very helpful with our questions. The location was close to everything but quiet and relaxing. Plus the bed was so comfy. We can’t say enough good stuff :) Great value.
