This is a suite on the top floor of our home. There is a living room with adjacent deck, a bedroom with queen size bed and a well equipped kitchenette with micro, toaster oven, electric frying pan, crock pot, blender, electric kettle and Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, cereals. You have a full private bathroom off the hallway right next to the suite. We have a separate entrance. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.

Located on 5 acres of land close to all amenities the Comox Valley has to offer. Come say "hello" to our horses, chickens and friendly dogs. Well behaved pets are welcome with prior approval and a $15/ night per pet cleaning fee. Come say "howdy". Happy hour is 5pm, weather permitting.
