Monthly Rentals in Cotonificio-Cormor

Wonderful and perfectly cleaned flat with three spacious bedrooms with very comfy mattresses and two full bathrooms. The flat is very modern with plenty of amenities. Stefania was a great host and very responsive, suggesting several places to further explore Udine and its surroundings and kindly allowing us to extend our check out for a couple of hours. Check in was very smooth as the flat is equipped with a self check door. Highly recommended!

Iris was a great host. We arrived later than agreed before, but she was flexible and gave instructions over the phone and online as well. It was easy to get into the flat. We were 4 adults and 2 children and 6 bikes, and the flat could accomodate us perfectly. Coffee was there for the morning, and a nice surprise on the table ;) I only wish we stayed longer, but were on a bike tour. So next time! :)

Perfect apartment, it fully met our expectations. The area is very quiet and the apartment is well-kept and clean. Massimiliano was very kind and attentive to our needs. Super recommended!

Christian was more than helpful and always precise and kind in responding to my requests. I really appreciated the precise directions he gave me, which allowed me to enter the apartment without any difficulty in complete autonomy. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and more. I had a good time and felt at home. If I'm in the area in the future, I already know where to stay.
