Monthly Rentals in Côte Saint-Luc

Stayed here for 5 months along with some friends and had a really great stay! Was in a quiet and peaceful area of montreal and although you need to take a bus to the metro, it is a direct bus so all is good! Hosts are very friendly and helpful. They helped us when we needed and was always proactive about it. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Our stay was perfect, and the place is exactly as described, surrounded by residential homes and apartments. The property is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It’s just a 15-minute drive from downtown Montreal, making it ideal for a short commute. The hosts were excellent in communication

Place was very comfortable, hosts were very accommodating. I had a great stay at Alireza's. He does pay attention to his guests' reviews. I found a brand new coffee maker and a nice, comfy chair. I did have noticed a former guest had complained about the lack of those items.

My stay at the apartment was amazing. Don Herman and his wife were excellent hosts, very kind and friendly, always willing to help. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. The floor creaks a bit, but you get used to it quickly. I would’ve loved to stay longer. It was a pleasure meeting them!
