Holiday rentals with a patio in Costa Cálida

We really enjoyed staying at Karina and Rafal's house. Everything was clean and tidy. The view of Playa Honda was beautiful, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment. We have stayed at Sea Senses in various apartments and this one with the roof terrace was by far the best. The jacuzzi was a real bonus with great views of the complex and coast. We will definitely book again.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, modern and well furnished. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect, quiet and relaxing. Perfekt sted, tæt til strand og gåafstand til byen. Opvarmet pool. Flotte pæne rene rum, dejlig tagterrasse med jacuzzi som vi fik brugt en enkelt gang🙏

Would highly recommend Vegard's apartment - right on the promenade in a prime location and looking at a spectacular view of the water. Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! We had an amazing week at the villa. Walkable to the beach, local towns , carrefour, shops and restaurants. The house was perfect inside and out and we had more than we needed. Thank you! We will be back!

Sam could not have done more to make our stay better. The flat has absolutely everything you need; from the basics to things like shopping bags for groceries, to milk and butter in the fridge amongst many other things. You have a nice outside space upstairs, and it’s a 2 minute walk into the centre of the village. Comfy beds and sofas; English TV stations and parking always available right outside the flat. If you plan to stay in Sucina I thoroughly recommend this place.

Alles sehr schön gewesen - wie im Paradies . Der private Eingang zum Meer war mit der Aussicht zusammen atemberaubend. Der Pool war sehr sauber und warm ( wärmepumpe genutzt ). Uns wurden sogar zur Ankunft einige Lebensmittel mitgebracht :) Danke dafür nochmals. Geantwortet wurde immer sehr schnell und verständlich. In der Gegend sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - ein Auto wäre aber von Vorteil für den Aufenthalt Parken ist in der Haus eigenen Garage möglich

We couldn't have chosen a better place to start our vacation than Villa Mar. Diego was proactive in communicating with us. Villa Mar was just as described and in the peaceful location of Bolnuevo. Getting to fall asleep to the waves of the Mediterranean was an added bonus. If we are in this part of Spain again, we would definitely stay here again.

We visited for our son’s first holiday, the villa had everything we needed. Beautiful home, clean, tidy. We felt right at home. Natali was amazing and responsive with any questions we had. Thank you for an amazing stay. Definitely will be back.

Mon copain et moi avons passé 5 mois d’Erasmus dans l’appartement de Pedro José. C’était une expérience inoubliable, notamment grâce à cet appartement dont nous sommes tombés amoureux : très fonctionnel malgré sa taille, très bien pour vivre à deux, bien équipé, et jolie décoration. La piscine et la proximité avec l’université est un gros +. Nous recommandons ce logement pour un court comme pour un long séjour, on s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. De plus, Pedro est très à l’écoute, il est très réactif et donne toujours de bons conseils, merci !

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful place. Upon arrival we were met by the lovely owner who showed us around and was available to answer any questions. The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The view was absolutely amazing! This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely be going back to stay there. Todo genial, la casa está a un minuto caminando de la playa, bares supermercados, chiringuitos y parada de taxi. dentro, no falta de nada para que tu estancia sea lo más agradable posible, contando con el gran jardín en el que reina la tranquilidad y parece que estás totalmente alejado del bullicio de la playa. Nuestra anfitriona genial, muy agradable y siempre pendiente de nosotros.

Stayed for 9 nights at this beautiful apartment. We've stayed in the immediate area six times previously because we have friends here and love Puerto de Mazarron and the local areas and this is by far the best spartment we've stayed in here. The place was spotlessly clean and smelt fresh on arrival. The sun terrace is an added bonus and the pool area is lovely with a nice beach about 200 metres away. Car park space below the apartment block is also a bonus although we tended to park our car up on the road a bit which was safe and quiet. Overall, we would come back.and stay again here as a firet choice. Maria and Amaury were great hosts and very quick to respond when we had some questions on day one. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a calm, peaceful holiday.

Die 4 Wochen waren traumhaft. Wetter und die Golfplätze sind nur zu empfehlen. Sehr schöne Anlage, und gut gepflegt. Wir können jedem die Wohnung empfehlen..

We had a fantastic stay! The property was beautiful, set in a lovely location with a stunning backdrop. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our visit. We also really appreciated the convenience of the onsite bars and restaurants — all of which were great. A special highlight was the 9-hole golf course, which the whole family enjoyed. Highly recommend this place and would definitely return!
