Holiday rentals with a patio in Costa Cálida

What a cozy place! The beds are super comfortable, there's a homey vibe to the entire apartment and the complex is new and super modern. Relaxing on the terrace was probably my favorite, but it's also worth mentioning how relaxing the entire area is. Great place to get away from the daily chaos and just recharge your batteries, I look forward to coming back. Thanks again Alex!

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment. We have stayed at Sea Senses in various apartments and this one with the roof terrace was by far the best. The jacuzzi was a real bonus with great views of the complex and coast. We will definitely book again.

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who welcomed my group and me, super good, kind people and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. Finally, it is great, it deserves a 1000 out of 10

I was in Miguel's apartment and it was perfect everything was clean and organized the comfortable beds,I recommend this apartment, without a doubt on the next trip to Murcia this series my first choice of accommodation, thank you Miguel

Beautiful apartment with stunning sea views . The only complaint I have as I didn’t book to stay longer . Waking up to views of the sea is simply heaven . Location is peaceful and close to everything you need. Moises was very helpful with anything I needed. I can’t wait to return :)

Beautiful complex! The pools, kids lake and bar were perfect. Such an easy walk to the beach with the elevator. The host met us on arrival and stored our bags as we arrived early. We had full access to the complex during this time which was great. The small touches for kids in the apartment were greatly appreciated. Thanks for a great stay Salim!

Wonderful stay in this lovely apartment close to the cathedral but in a really buzzy area of the city. Very well equipped and furnished and we wanted for nothing. Outside terrace was also a lovely space & much appreciated in a city centre. Alejandro was very friendly, easy to contact & sorted out a couple of small issues straight away. No hesitation in recommending this apartment, and we hope to come back later in the year for a longer stay.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

We had an amazing week at the villa. Walkable to the beach, local towns , carrefour, shops and restaurants. The house was perfect inside and out and we had more than we needed. Thank you! We will be back!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The villa was spotless — everything looked and felt brand-new, from the furnishings to the finishes. The warm pool was a real treat, perfect for relaxing both during the day and in the evening. It’s clear the hosts take great care in maintaining the property. The surrounding town/village was charming and peaceful, with friendly locals and beautiful scenery. We especially loved our morning and evening walks — so refreshing and a great way to start and end the day. The whole experience was relaxing, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

A beautiful villa, a fantastic pool and generous amounts of items, including crockery, cutlery, glasses, pool towels to name just a few. A perfect family villa for a wonderful holiday and in a beautiful location. I think we have all fallen in love with Murcia and the surrounding area. For our first visit, we had plenty to explore by foot. Christian was a super host and so helpful and quick to repond.

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

We visited for our son’s first holiday, the villa had everything we needed. Beautiful home, clean, tidy. We felt right at home. Natali was amazing and responsive with any questions we had. Thank you for an amazing stay. Definitely will be back.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful place. Upon arrival we were met by the lovely owner who showed us around and was available to answer any questions. The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The view was absolutely amazing! This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely be going back to stay there. I was a solo traveller and booked accommodation from Kike just a few days before. I felt totally safe even when I arrived at night because Kike gave such clear instructions and the apartment was located in a perfect spot. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean and had a lovely view of the sea through the window. It’s located right by the beach and restaurants so perfect for a relaxing holiday. I would definitely stay here again! :)

Stayed for 9 nights at this beautiful apartment. We've stayed in the immediate area six times previously because we have friends here and love Puerto de Mazarron and the local areas and this is by far the best spartment we've stayed in here. The place was spotlessly clean and smelt fresh on arrival. The sun terrace is an added bonus and the pool area is lovely with a nice beach about 200 metres away. Car park space below the apartment block is also a bonus although we tended to park our car up on the road a bit which was safe and quiet. Overall, we would come back.and stay again here as a firet choice. Maria and Amaury were great hosts and very quick to respond when we had some questions on day one. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a calm, peaceful holiday.

We had a fantastic stay! The property was beautiful, set in a lovely location with a stunning backdrop. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our visit. We also really appreciated the convenience of the onsite bars and restaurants — all of which were great. A special highlight was the 9-hole golf course, which the whole family enjoyed. Highly recommend this place and would definitely return!
