Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Costa Cálida

lovely stay at this villa which comfortably took 6 of us. nice private pool and the BBQ is excellent. a walk to the high street and good supermarkets. Not for the airbnb but for others booking... taxis are quite difficult to get at short notice and there is no public transport

Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! Comfortable villa flexible check in with host Very clean and up to date Perfect relaxing stay

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay. Fabulous comfy super king bed with lovely cotton linen. Had all the extras to take it from a holiday rental to a special home from home.

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

One of the best Airbnb experiences to date. Dino is incredibly friendly, flexible and helpful. The apartment is great and even got us through a rainy day without us missing anything. The furnishings are modern and cozy. The small seating area on the covered balcony is great for rounding off the evening. It's all there, even beach towels, parasol, etc. When we're back in Alicante, we'd love to come back.

Augustin was flexible with our check-in, so we could comfortably settle in before the scheduled time. He gave us great advice on what to do and gave clear instructions on how the apartment worked. The apartment in itself was clean and even prettier than the pictures, and the kitchen was spacious and had all necessities. The location was great, everything was within walking distance or easy to get to with public transportation. It was a great stay and I would love to revisit.

The place was not only clean and beautifully decorated, but also the view of the sea and the city lights was simply breathtaking. It was a real highlight to watch the passing planes. We were incredibly lucky to stay here for a week, few things that really stood out as exceptional were: Incredible host so friendly and helpful (lots of surprises won't spoil them, but on check out they even came to help with cases to car!) Stunning mountain views from 5th floor Comfy beds great large balcony Good WiFi Great modern 4k TV Exceptional high end appliances including Jura bean to cup ready to go! Wonderful stay, would absolutely come back.

Hower the apr is not renovate, it is completely furnished and Tony’ s assintance was great. The apt is clean.

A perfect location within a very short walk of the beach, shops, supermarket, good restaurants and bars. Villa is well stocked and very child friendly with plenty of pool toys. Pool is a good size, warmed up nicely and very well maintained as we saw pool maintenance a number of times. Villa is clean, with plenty of space for a family or 2 and I can confirm the mattress to the master was great. We didn’t spend time in the villa in the evenings but it was well set up for sociable gatherings if you were sharing the space with friends/another family. Really enjoyable stay at a villa that caters for almost any type of guests in a location that has so much close by, yet is quiet and despite being overlooked by some apartments felt very private as barely saw a person. Looking forward to our return next year!

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at this lovely house in Alicante! We were a group of 10 adults and one child, and the place was perfect for us. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and there were multiple tables to enjoy meals—on the terrace, near the pool, or in the summer house. The outdoor area was fantastic! The child loved playing on the playground and jumping on the trampoline. We all enjoyed the big pool and had fun doing barbecues. The territory is huge, and we really liked watching the chickens roaming around. One of the highlights was the delicious paella cooked by the owner, Fina—she was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Her hospitality made us feel very welcome. We had such a great time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway in Spain. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Fantastic Villa centrally located in La Manga Club with amenities in walking distance. The villa was described perfectly with great views as it was high up . Would definitely recommend.

The Villa is fantastic! The pool and pool area is perfect for kids and relaxing, in such quiet surroundings. Completely fenced off, so no worry of kids getting out anywhere, and inflatables that were there for us to borrow, which my 7yr old loved! The Villa itself is well equipped with everything you need and more, would love to stay here again, but next time for longer. We didn’t want to leave. The Villa is a short walk to the Sea Front and has some great little back street restaurants which are really reasonably priced, and the food was great! As a host, Bert was so responsive and managed to accommodate a later check out due to our flights being changed last minute by Jet2, so thanks again for that! Thanks Bert for being a great host, and letting us use your beautiful Villa!

David greeted us with great kindness, showed us around the house down to every detail, and had prepared many things ahead of our arrival. He gave us wine, croissants, coffee, milk, water and butter, among other things, which was very nice of him. The house is very spacious, has a beautiful garden and a big pool, it's even prettier than the pictures. The area is very quiet, you barely hear any people around, you can sleep by the pool to the sound of birds chirping. We will definitely be coming back, super recommended. Thank you David & Elena!
