great place to stay in a very peaceful area. a few restaurants right by the Villa which are decent but also very easy to get into Calpe or Altea. Fredrico was very easy to communicate with and responded to everything very quickly.

This villa is far more beautiful than the photos suggest. We had complete privacy and the views out to the sea were incredible. Alex was incredibly helpful with our check-in and any questions we had about the area. Could not recommend this villa enough and will definitely be back in the future!

There were 10 of us celebrating a birthday down here. Spacious luxury house directly on the beach. Large pool and several areas where you could pull away if you needed to work or have a quiet moment. Andrea and her husband were so nice and quick to respond and fix if there was any thought. Tasteful, luxurious and thoughtful with all modern touches as well as technical solutions. A dream home I would like to have for family and friends. Villa Thorodin gets 5 stars.

What a wonderful week we had at Villa Leonika in November. What a nice spacious house, with all the comforts. It is located in the quiet and beautiful district of La Sabatera and it is a 20-25 minute walk to the port of Moraira and the beach Playa l'Ampolla. In this old part of Moraira there are a few nice and cozy restaurants and terraces. The big market on Friday is recommended. The host was very friendly and helpful. In short, we had a perfect week.

Perfect and very nicely decorated villa, spacious bedrooms with very good mattresses and pillows! Friendly host, nothing is too much for the slightest question! Top villa!

Fabulous villa, with everything we needed. Not over looked at all, the pool area is amazing! Philippe was always on hand if needed, and kept us in the loop at all times. Couple of bars restaurants within a 15 minutes walk.

We had a wondering stay at this beautiful villa with awe inspiring views. Immaculately clean and fully stocked and provided for. Monika was a lovely host, very helpful, understanding and responsive. The cleaning team ensured the villa was spotless and had great attention to detail. Would love to stay again and highly recommend this fantastic place to anyone wanting a magical holiday!

The villa is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could need, there are lots of lovely social areas, so with 7 adults and 4 children it still felt very spacious. The beach is a very short walk down a quiet road and there is a great restaurant with beautiful views. There are plenty of eating options around and a supermarket nearby (a very useful wheely trolley is provided in the house!). Leif and Sylwie, were really helpful and great at communicating. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Stayed as a family of 8- 7 adults and 1 baby. Loved our stay. More than enough room for us all and Villa layout was perfect for us. Pool area is a lot bigger than appears on the pictures and was cleaned whilst we were there. Ewelina provided us with a brand new parasol for our stay which was a nice touch. I would say a hire car is definitely needed as there is very little to walk to within a short distance. Consum supermarket at the end of the street very handy. Private street and villa very secure with electric gates and private drive. One slight negative we found was the blinds let a lot of light into the bedrooms but this could be down to our personal preference of wanting a dark room to sleep in. Overall loved our stay and would highly recommend to others.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and Pavo was a wonderful host. He contacted me in the week before we arrived to check our flight times and answer any questions. He was very flexible with our check-in time and met us at the villa to give us a tour. The villa is even better than the photos and description. So peaceful, very clean, and had everything we needed. We requested that the pool be heated and it was a lovely temperature which meant the children spent a lot of time in it. I would really recommend this villa. Thank you Pavo and team!

stunning views, awesome pool, Oranges everywhere. we stayed in April and the orange blossoms smelled amazing. the house has everything you need and more. 10/10 if you want to spend the weekend with a view and good friends

We had a wonderful family vacation in the house. It is nice and spacious and very neat. In terms of location, you have a nice view of Calpe and the villa is quietly located, which is very nice. The contact was always friendly and quick and they were very nice to think about the flexible check-in time in connection with our early flight time. Highly recommended!

Wow. What a place. Everything was perfect. Jitske a great host. Out door space a particular highlight. We loved the bbq space in the back. Kitchen was fantastic with ample utensils. Fantastic holiday home. Would totally recommend. Town was great. Beautiful beach. Lots of padel courts. Great restaurants. Thank you. The house is so stunning, actually looks better than the photos with fantastic views from every angle. There are lots of outdoor spaces both sunny and shaded. Great air conditioning too. We had the pool to ourselves every day we went down to it and at various times of day, although we went in the last week of May when the resort was quiet. You can walk to the beach and supermarket but a car is easier. Local beach was stunning. Beautiful sandy coasts, and quiet in May. Lovely cocktail bar within walking distance on the beach with snacks. Just a note there are a lot of steps both in the house and down to the pool. But absolutely worth it for the views from the pool which is huge, and the views from all around the villa. Wilfred was amazing with communication, showed us around the villa and was very fast to reply to texts. Recommend this beautiful local hidden restaurant along the river , and said to go at sunset time. Was amazing, the whole trip was beautiful thank you so much!

Absolutely beautiful villa! Watching the sunrise in the morning was a highlight. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The hosts were friendly and the communication was easy. A fantastic Airbnb that we can wholeheartedly recommend.

We had an amazing holiday in San Javier thanks to the fantastic villa and the support and comms offered by the team at Resort Hosts. From the point of booking through to departure, the team were extremely responsive and assisted with several queries. However, it is the app that the Resort Hosts provide which took the experience to another level! Nearly everything we needed to know and lots more we hadn't thought of was within and helped with our expectations before we even left home! All in all, an amazing experience and holiday!

We had an unforgettable stay in this villa. Nothing is missing! the decoration is very tasteful. A heavenly place, with a magnificent view of the sea, its location on the mountainside allowed us to go on beautiful hikes. The pool was a real treat with this heat! I highly recommend it.
