Monthly Rentals in Corpo di Cava

The location, communication and the apartment were great. It was super clean, quiet and cosy. We arrived by car and the parking spaces are right in front of the door (for a fee). Everything was exactly as described, there was a surprise. We would definitely visit again ☺️

Joseph is an incredible host. Very friendly, responsive and super helpful - even booked a restaurant for us on our last night. His dog Wilson is also super friendly! You NEED a car. For parking, best to map the monastery next to it and park outside post office, the stairs behind the PO lead straight to the property. Joseph couldn’t meet us but his neighbour Franca has keys and let us in. She doesn’t speak English but super friendly and still managed to have a nice chat (like a game of charades). Suggestion: get supplies before arriving (there is a supermarket in Cava). There is a local shop but doesn’t cover everything you need. Ran by a very friendly American. The view and surroundings is absolutely unmatched. We had an electrical storm our first night which was incredible to watch being so high up. If you’re traveling the Amalfi coast, the apartment is a great base. Simply one road all the way. Would highly recommend this apartment and would love to return one day!

Francesco's apartment is situated about a 10 minute walk from the station and the city centre. Located in a secluded space with privacy. The apartement was very comfortable. As we had late arrival issues, we stayed in contact with Francesco to inform him about our whereabouts, and while walking from the station to the apartment he picked us up by car. We had a welcome basket with breakfast items waiting for us which was very nice. The flat had all the essentials we needed for our stay. There is a possibility to cook, but we chose to eat out for most of the time. The shower was very nice, the wifi works super and Francesco sent an app with some suggestions of places to eat and things to do in the area. Cava de' Tirreni is a good base for lots of places to go to by public transport. We had a lovely stay at the flat, Francesco responds quickly to any questions we had and above all, we had lots of attention from 3 of the 4 cats: especially Pedro and Oliver and at times Maithe aswell.

We had a beautifully authentic Amalfi Coast village experience staying in Casa Geronimo. The apartment is stunning, pristine, comfortable and exactly as described. Antonella was very helpful in arranging a secure, paid parking space for us which was well worth it to avoid any hassles with parking. The road is indeed narrow and winding but doable for a confident driver (even in our medium size SUV).Antonella also provided us with great recommendations on where to eat. Highly recommend the nearby Albori Bruschettaria for a tasty and unique dinner, and Bar Belvedere is within walking distance for morning coffee, croissants and fabulous views. Having a car it was easy to access ferries to get to the Amalfi Coast & Capri from Salerno. A ferry also runs from Vietri Sul Mare to Amalfi. Lovely views from the apartment and a peaceful atmosphere away from the tourist hotspots in Amalfi while being close enough to Vietri, Salerno, Pompeii, Paestum & the other ports.
