Our friends and I had a wonderful three nights at the property It was a peaceful setting and we loved listening to the birds morning and evening Lovely little courtyard to sit out in when the Sun came out The owners were very helpful and friendly couldn’t do more for us And a bonus was we could walk our dog straight from the house through some fields onto Dartmoor obviously on a lead due to the sheep and lambs Everything in the cottage was exactly as described and we had everything we needed Will definitely be back Thank you

We stayed for 2 nights at Niks lovely apartment. The detailed instructions for finding the apartment were spot on. Inside the apartment is spotlessly clean and very modern. The bedrooms are very well decorated and very comfortable. My favourite is the little homely touches throughout. Lego in the children’s bedroom and a lovely selection of books. It was very well equipped. I’ve read the previous negative reviews about the roads and yes they are very narrow but that’s Devon! It all adds to the fun! We loved being “in the sticks”. Standing outside and zero noise except the sheep and nature. Bliss. Nik was incredibly responsive and kept us updated during our stay. She went out of her way to keep us comfortable during a power cut (no fault of her own) and kept us updated constantly. Super accommodation and super host. The only negative is we wish we booked longer!
