My family stayed at Esther's place for 4 nights. We had the most wonderful time! The house has beautiful views of the ocean and is a short walk from both Inchydoney beach and the hotel. The house was clean and spacious with room for the whole family including our dog. Esther was welcoming and provided lots of great recommendations for the local area. We would definitely recommend Esther's place to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday by the beach!

Had a lovely few days away staying in Kate's accommodation. She was very helpful and great to deal with. The accommodation was perfect for a quiet getaway and met all of our needs, would recommend to a friend.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely perfect for our family of two adults and three children — clean, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was so thoughtfully prepared, from the fresh scones on arrival to the local ice cream, milk, and butter, which were lovely touches that made us feel right at home. The hot tub was a real treat and the perfect way to relax after a busy day exploring the area. There’s so much to do nearby — our family especially enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking in Rosscarbery. Clonakilty is a charming town with great spots for shopping, coffee, and lunch, and the Clonakilty Pudding factory tour was a fun and unique experience. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped base to explore this beautiful part of Ireland.

Absolutely beautiful cottage and location with views over a white sand beach where kids can play, great walks in area and very peaceful, would definitely return!

This is our 2nd visit to Trag and it will not be our last. The cottage is equipped with everything you need if you would like to lock yourself away. A lovely kitchen to cook while enjoying the view then a soak in the hot tub again with the amazing view. Skiberreen and Baltimore are a short drive away with some amazing restaurants even Michelin star. Sarah however is a great host easily contactable and there to give recommendations.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Bridgie's Cottage. So quiet and peaceful, flowers blooming, bees buzzing, birds chirping...but no sounds of traffic. Coffee outside in the morning, drinks outside in the evening, mountain views. Inside is cosy and comfortable. Comfy beds, efficient kitchen, two fine bathrooms. We immediately took to Pat, who was personable, solicitous, sensitive, informative, and well-informed. A deep and lively intelligence and intellect combined with a wonderfully dry humor; we wanted to stay just to spend more time with him. We can't say enough about how happy we were in this beautiful place. We will be back.

This was the cottage experience we were hoping for in Ireland! We loved the character of the cottage with so much thought put into every detail and texture. The art and decor were very tasteful and the amenities were good and practical. We especially loved making a fire each night even though we aren't terribly experienced at it! And the views from all the windows of the peaceful vegetation were so calming. And the private sitting areas in the yard were delightful - one with an ocean view! Their dog was sweet and friendly, too. The instructions for using the hot water were clear, but somehow we mixed them up so struggled a little with the shower but got it straight eventually! Aisling and Donagh were delightful hosts. A short drive away, Baltimore is a true gem of a town with breathtaking scenery and a rich cultural scene, and it even has a michelin star restaurant if that's your speed. Plus the fun algiers pub! We hope to come back again soon

We had a great stay at Dee's. The location was perfect and very close to the beach. Accommodation was very comfortable and clean. The fresh eggs were a lovely touch. Dee and Paul were also great hosts.

Eileen and Robert were perfect hosts. They could not have been more helpful and the cottage was spotlessly clean. The location was as excellent for touring and our hosts had given us excellent advise of where to visit. This was our first Air B@B and everything was perfect. We will definitely be going back in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kevin's home, the house was as described and the location was great with lovely walks and views from the doorstep. The walk to zetland pier for a swim was the highlight for us, Hopefully we'll be back next summer.

I have stayed in this cottage quite a few times over the years - and I always enjoy it immensely. The cottage is lovely, decorated in a style that suits its age, and set in the most stunning scenery. It feels as though you're in the middle of nowhere - it is so quiet the deer come right up to the patch of grass in front of the house in the evenings and there are so many different birds it's almost like an orchestra - but you're definitely not: There are two good restaurants in the area, a nice pub near a harbour, a lunchroom in gorgeous gardens and a very well stocked shop-and-tearoom only a 20 minute drive away. So yes, I will come again!

Una’s cottage was a wonderful place to stay in. It was in a peaceful location surrounded by very scenic countryside. The cottage was comfortable and very well equipped for self catering. The shower was great. Una was an excellent host and always helpful. She could suggest lots of places to visit. We would recommend Una’s cottage to anyone, who appreciates comfort in peaceful surroundings.

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents, whom I booked this for as a surprise getaway. They absolutely loved their stay in this cottage. They appreciated how it was tastefully decorated, the ease of access to the greenway, and the quaint village nearby. The first evening they went to the local butchers so they could cook in, and the following night they enjoyed a dinner out in Kilmacthomas after a day in the bikes. They said they would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you.

Beautiful house with access to Broadstrand Beach just steps away. Loved the quaint, historic nature of the cottage, perfectly restored. Dyane was very responsive and provided lots of info. The village is very close. Dinner at The Lifeboat is a must. The cottage has a Nespresso machine and pods were available in the Centra in Timoleague. Would definitely stay again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! We only booked the house the night before and it was perfectly clean and brilliant layout for us and our 2 small children. Our children loved the feeding the horse in the field opposite and Lee was amazing and kindly explained the heating and even made us a delicious cake. We will definitely be coming to stay here again soon.

A beautiful little sanctuary in the Nire Valley. Comfortable, well furnished and spotlessly clean. Will definitely return in the not too distant future!

This cottage is wonderful and Gary’s hospitality is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it as an experience in Irish living. This 300 year old cottage is well maintained and immaculate. Gary drove for the portion of our trip to the Ring of Kerry and the Dingle Peninsula making our travel relaxing and informative. We had the most amazing 2 night stay this summer. The views are absolutely stunning, walking down the stairs into the kitchen and seeing the views + the beautiful kitchen/living area was definitely a WOW moment. As well as being a beautifully decorated house it was spotless and had absolutely everything you could need including a travel cot, kids bed rail, highchair, kids toys, air fryer , board games which came in handy for travelling with kids. there is a clothes line outside which was very handy after a visit to the beach. Clonakilty was only a quick 17 minute drive away and there was some local shops around only a couple of minutes drive away which was very convenient. A beautiful walk down to the beach however with small kids we chose to drive down which is literally a minutes drive and so so handy. the beach is absolutely stunning; the views from the house and also spending time down on it. We were all very sad to end our trip and would love to return.
