Holiday rentals with a patio in Converse

What a hidden gem we stumbled upon in booking this place! It was even more perfect than what we were hoping for. Way better than booking 2 hotel rooms. Beautiful apartment, amazing amenities and such a fun location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the overall atmosphere greatly enhanced our get away with friends. We all would highly recommend and will be booking again if we get back to San Antonio!

host had clear and illustrated instructions for check in even days before check in. Quick response to messages and always made himself available for any questions or concerns. Location is amazing! Close to everything in the downtown area, and the security to get in the parking garage and the unit reassured me that everything was safe and secure.Also the apartment is exactly like the photos, would definitely recommend!!! We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed but still peaceful. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay for two people.

Home was clean and upgraded and stocked with plenty of everything you need; towels, dishes, trash bags, soap. Home is just like the pictures. Nice neighborhood, peaceful. Easy check in and check out. Hosts quickly responded. Would stay here again!

This house was great! Easy to find, extremely clean, comfortable beds and pillows, a nice brand of shampoo/conditioner in the showers, ample amount of towels and toilet paper in the bathrooms, nice blackout shades in the bedrooms. She also included a few small snacks, 2 waterbottles, and some coffee pods for the nespresso machine. It looked just like the photos (maybe even slightly better in person!). The house was easy to find and it was nice to be able to park in the driveway since the street parking was usually a little busy. We did have one hiccup upon check-in, where the door code wasn't reset to the code we were given. However, Rosario was extremely response and almost immediately unlocked the door virtually for us and made sure the code was reset properly. Overall would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

My siblings and I truly enjoyed staying at Lenny’s and Teresa’s house! There was plenty of room for everyone and the pool was so much fun! We definitely recommend this place to anyone trying to escape the hot Texas weather! It is close to stores and restaurants! The beds are super comfortable and the blackout curtains in the room let you sleep through anything!! We look forward to staying at their place again in the near future!!!

We have found our summer vacation home!! Can’t wait to stay next June!

This is our second time staying at Matt & Nikki’s place and we enjoyed it almost just as much as the first time. The condo itself is so nice and Matt & Nikki do a great job adding a lot of aesthetic touches and conveniences that make us feel right at home. Also, with easy access to the water park, the river, pools, and great restaurants, the location makes this a perfect vacation spot. I do have to mention that our vehicle was towed to San Marcos during our stay, which was unfortunate… we put the parking permit away when we went out to dinner on our last evening and forgot to put it back up when we got back the condo. When we woke up in the morning, our vehicle was gone. However, Matt was very responsive (on a Sunday) and accommodating in giving us extra time on checkout day and helping me find the information to get it sorted out. Don’t let that scare you away though. All that is just to say, take Matt & Nikki’s warnings about keeping the parking pass visible at all times seriously!

Our stay at the condo in the Comal was wonderful! It’s a beautiful location right on the river where you can just drop in. Super close to stores and Gruene Hall.
