Holiday rentals with a patio in Converse

What a hidden gem we stumbled upon in booking this place! It was even more perfect than what we were hoping for. Way better than booking 2 hotel rooms. Beautiful apartment, amazing amenities and such a fun location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the overall atmosphere greatly enhanced our get away with friends. We all would highly recommend and will be booking again if we get back to San Antonio!

host had clear and illustrated instructions for check in even days before check in. Quick response to messages and always made himself available for any questions or concerns. Location is amazing! Close to everything in the downtown area, and the security to get in the parking garage and the unit reassured me that everything was safe and secure.Also the apartment is exactly like the photos, would definitely recommend!!! Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar. Man ist in einer Minute am Riverwalk und an der Kirche. In weniger als 15 Minuten kann man dann noch mehr Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden. Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Ort vorstellen können. Wir hatten das Auto für etwa 3 Tage im Parkhaus stehen und haben keine 30 $ gezahlt. Das ist also auch vollkommen in Ordnung.

Second time staying at this AirBnb and I have to say my stay only got better the second time around. Luis Daniel G are a great host and definitely one of the best hosts on AirBnb at the moment.

Linas property was outstanding. Beautiful home and such a smooth and easy check in process. We will most certainly be staying here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed but still peaceful. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay for two people.

Nyajuak was an amazing host! The house was absolutely beautiful—clean, stylish, and super comfortable. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and was always quick to respond whenever I had questions. Her hospitality made the stay even better. I would 100% recommend staying at her place. 10/10 experience!

This house was perfectly located within 30 minutes of just about everything. The natural caverns, drive through safari, legoland, the river, New Braunfels, etc. there were SO many things to do and nothing was unreasonable! We spent a couple days at Guadalupe river state park for some relaxing water time, that was the only time we had to drive but the comal is extremely close we just wanted more of a family friendly vibe. If you’re going to float the river on comal or visit new braunsfels it’s within 30 minutes! The kitchen had everything we could have needed from pots and pans and dishes to a blender and bbq pit outside. Our children loved the playset and it made it nice to have something for them to do while we were at the house, we had a 3 and 4 year old and I didn’t feel like I was having to constantly chase them and keep them from breaking things it is a very family friendly stay. Some homes, as parents know, can be covered in toddler dangers lol this one was not. 10/10 trip!

The stay at Tanya’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway ! The house was kept in order, and everything was nice and clean. The outdoor section was the best part. The pool and hottub kept myself and the others that came occupied for hours on end ! Amazing location, and still close enough to San Antonio and New Braunfels. I would definitely stay again!

Home was clean and upgraded and stocked with plenty of everything you need; towels, dishes, trash bags, soap. Home is just like the pictures. Nice neighborhood, peaceful. Easy check in and check out. Hosts quickly responded. Would stay here again!

This house was great! Easy to find, extremely clean, comfortable beds and pillows, a nice brand of shampoo/conditioner in the showers, ample amount of towels and toilet paper in the bathrooms, nice blackout shades in the bedrooms. She also included a few small snacks, 2 waterbottles, and some coffee pods for the nespresso machine. It looked just like the photos (maybe even slightly better in person!). The house was easy to find and it was nice to be able to park in the driveway since the street parking was usually a little busy. We did have one hiccup upon check-in, where the door code wasn't reset to the code we were given. However, Rosario was extremely response and almost immediately unlocked the door virtually for us and made sure the code was reset properly. Overall would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

This is our second time staying at Matt & Nikki’s place and we enjoyed it almost just as much as the first time. The condo itself is so nice and Matt & Nikki do a great job adding a lot of aesthetic touches and conveniences that make us feel right at home. Also, with easy access to the water park, the river, pools, and great restaurants, the location makes this a perfect vacation spot. I do have to mention that our vehicle was towed to San Marcos during our stay, which was unfortunate… we put the parking permit away when we went out to dinner on our last evening and forgot to put it back up when we got back the condo. When we woke up in the morning, our vehicle was gone. However, Matt was very responsive (on a Sunday) and accommodating in giving us extra time on checkout day and helping me find the information to get it sorted out. Don’t let that scare you away though. All that is just to say, take Matt & Nikki’s warnings about keeping the parking pass visible at all times seriously!

Thank you Jill! This space was perfect for my quick weekend in San Antonio with my family. The decor is beautiful. The space is very well organized and clean with everything you need inside. I will definitely rebook on the future.

Jan was an amazing host, Definitely one of my favorite air bnb stays so far. She was very friendly and always responded quickly to my messages. The place was very clean and cool, the atmosphere felt comfortable and welcoming, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in San Antonio!

Unfortunately, we were unable to come for our trip as I was admitted to the hospital with post surgery complications. We were really looking forward to staying here and are hoping to reschedule for another time!

Our stay at the condo in the Comal was wonderful! It’s a beautiful location right on the river where you can just drop in. Super close to stores and Gruene Hall.
