Townhome holiday rentals in Concord

We enjoyed or stay. I loved the neighborhood, the different colors of the townhouses were great to see. This place was spacious, comfy, cozy, and laid back. Daniel gave specific and detailed instructions and we made sure to follow them. Finding the trash cans was kind of confusing even with the instructions only because we was afraid to place the trash in the wrong bin not knowing how the community would react. Even though Daniel's instructions were clear, we ended up asking one of the neighbors just to be sure that it was the right thing to do. We had fun in the house and was sure to respect the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place for so many reasons! SAFETY SECURITY ACCESSIBLE RELAXING! Thx so much Daniel for allowing us to stay. I loved Charlotte so much to the point that I have made it my decision to relocate there.

Perfect for two people and a dog for a nights rest after a long day of driving. For dog owners- great area for a nice walk to unwind- seems very dog friendly, even the fire station has a bowl out and a fireman gave our pup a milk bone! Happiest dog ever!

Great place. Neighborhood was quiet, peaceful and beautiful, but still convenient to Charlotte and lots to do in the immediate vicinity. Property was clean, neat and well maintained. Adam the host was kind and very responsive, we will stay again when visiting the area.

The place is perfect, the location, the quiet neighborhood, the stay was wonderful, we didn't need to go out at all, a place with all the comforts for a family. 100% recommended.

I had a great stay at Mary's BnB! As a host, Mary was quick to respond to any questions I had and made the check-in process as smooth as can be. The location was great, far enough from the city to feel private but close enough that the drive in wasn't a hassle. The room itself was very cozy and clean. All in all, I'd highly recommend Mary's room to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Charlotte area that doesn't want to deal with the hustle and bustle of downtown.

I'm not an AirBnb person, but I stayed in them during my 6 months in Charlotte. Mary's place is peaceful and quiet, and has a private bathroom in each bedroom. This allowed me to be the private person that I am while still saving money on lodging. Thank you, Mary!

This was my 1st Airbnb experience, and I'm happy to have been a guest at Kaddra's place for 4 months. It was certainly a Home Away from Home experience. It was a pleasure meeting her husband & baby. Some days, they were their, but most days not. Fully stocked kitchen perfect for when I meal prepped. I work remotely, so it was great to be able to take a break and walk around the complex. There's so many things to do in Charlotte and an easy commute to the uptown area. Many shops, the gym, movies theater and much more. Super close to the South Carolina border. I highly recommend!!!! Kaddra is a wonderful host, and her place met all of my needs.

We had a great experience. Everything was easy, clean, well laid out. The pool was spotless and the outdoor patio was a plus.

Beautiful townhome and plenty of room for a few families in town for a ball tournament. Neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay there again.

Sharon's place was very nice and tidy. If you like simple living spaces with all the essentials, try it out! Also the TVs in every room were all the same size! 😎

Neat and tidy place. Julie is very responsive and friendly. Two bedrooms that can easily sleep 4. Not much to do nearby but great if you are looking for a place to stay away from the hustle and bustle.

I had a great stay at Mic’s place. After a hot game day we needed a place to rest before hitting the 8 hour drive back home and this was the place to do so. He is also very responsive and helpful with anything.

Stayed in town to help take care of a sick family member. The place was clean and as described. David and Angela are fixing up all the area houses and the development is too cute. Will stay again if we go back down.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was just as described and was the perfect place for our family. The neighborhood was beautiful! Mornings were a great time to spend at the park with the kids and they loved walking around the pond. It was also a great location, very close to downtown!

We would definitely stay again in this townhouse... it was just right for our multi-generational group traveling to a wedding in Charlotte! It was exactly as pictured... clean and comfortable and in a fabulous location... easy to walk to coffee, restaurants, etc. We did not have any issues while there. The hosts were proactive and communicative.
