The location was great and we were able to walk to the grocery store and some restaurants which we loved. The garage parking was also great.

This condo was probably the most organized and comprehensive Airbnb expereinces I have had. The condo is very well stocked with everything you need. It opens right up to the pool and you have a nice view of the Marina. Great for a small family. Very easy location - right off the highway. Kim was incredibly responsive. Checking out was easy - there's a checklist to review right on the counter.

Perfect place, everything stocked. So many soaps and coffee it was amazing. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Second time staying in Rolands place. It is nicely appointed and great for a short or long stay. Great host. Quick response and always kind.

We were in town to attend an event at Bank of America Stadium. Since there were 3 of us, we were looking for a 2 bedroom within walking distance of the stadium. T's place was an easy 15 minute walk, with most of the walk on the Greenway. The location is perfect. You would never know you were so close to the stadium and downtown. The townhouse is just as it is described. T was awesome to communicate with. He responded in a timely manner to all of our questions, and was proactive in notifying us of the event at the stadium, to ensure we would not get stuck in traffic getting back to his place. He even provided us with items to prepare our own breakfast. If we are ever heading back to Charlotte, especially for an event at the stadium, we will be sure to look to book another stay here.

This is such a perfect location in the heart of Plaza Midwood neighborhood in Charlotte! I stayed for over a month and had everything I needed to feel right at home.

I have been around Charlotte for a couple of weeks and this was the best place I have stayed in since I have been here!!!! For an apartment this was great! Everything you want and need was there. This was like being at home just in a different place. I would rent this place for a month for sure!

Came in for Nascar weekend this was our 2nd stay we were so happy the 1st time we decided to stay again and just like the first time we enjoyed the place felt just like home highly recommended.

This is a bright, sunny place. It was located near a wine bar, resturants and stores. Heather was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. It was clean and comfortable and quiet. We will stay here again when we.come visit our friends!

We loved the animals!!! So friendly and cute, they would come to the fence to greet us! The house was so cute and clean, and the scenery is just beautiful. We would love to come back. Thank you Lacy for greeting us and making us feel comfortable!

The name says it all… Delilah’s Retreat and this just what it is. It made me feel so comfortable from the moment I stepped inside. It’s impeccably clean and comfortable. Everything is supplied with exception of food. I would definitely stay again and recommend without hesitation. Thank you James for offering such a lovely place.

Very private, safe, and quiet. Could barely hear a thunderstorm which was great as our dog is scared. Rachel's communication is on point. She was very responsive and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Linda's condo was exactly as it was described, and yes, the beautiful trees and scenery around it made it very peaceful. The condo is very welcoming, the furnishings made us feel right at home, and the location is great! Linda was always responsive and flexible during the process. It was a great experience! Amazing Stay in the Heart of Charlotte! I had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb in downtown Charlotte. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—walking distance to restaurants, shops, and everything Uptown has to offer. The space was spotless, stylish, and well-stocked with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was easy and responsive. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the apartment added an extra “wow” factor. Whether you’re in town for business or fun, I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be booking again on my next trip to Charlotte!

Great overall experience. Mr.Leroy was very responsive whenever we needed anything from him or had questions. Very Cozy apartment. It was close to the mall and some restaurants. I am very satisfied with our experience. I would recommend bringing your favorite pillow or blanket. It helps with the overall sleep quality.

Hi there, we've stayed at the condos in this complex a few times as our in-laws live nearby. The location is really great ... very peaceful. Also, the layout is great for our family with the 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The outdoor patio is always lovely :) The host was also great -- super proactive and everything was easy peasy. We would love to stay again next time!
