Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Concord

this Airbnb was a great location for a weekend trip in Charlotte. It was close to everything like eating areas and nightlife. The only thing I didn’t give a five star for was checking due to the layout of the apartment building the only way to get to the floor of the Airbnb is by using specific elevators with the level on it. check-in has clear instructions for finding the elevator near the parking lot, but not if you’re coming in from the front. Once we figure out the layout of the Airbnb, it was a smooth and easy process. I do plan on returning next time I’m in Charlotte!

Very private and quiet stay in a nice neighborhood. Pretty spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment with nice work desk area. Recommend getting a rental car to get around but, it’s relatively close to downtown Charlotte and shopping malls.

Brian was very responsive, helpful, and kind. We come to Charlotte every year and would love to stay again here when we come back next. Very convenient location near South End and a cute house. Only negative aspect was how much you can hear the people above you. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Just exactly as described peaceful place safe dog yard We felt right at home the minute we walked in. It had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area

Cathy’s place was walkable to everything in Davidson it was lovely and clean and there was 4 adults in our family there was plenty of room and the decking area was a lovely area to sit outside and also if we needed anything Cathy responded very quickly would highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment is so cute and had nice touches like lavender scented body wash, water bottles in the fridge and on each night stand, and toilet paper with a cute fold and stamped indent on the end! We were a little worried when we first arrived, because the upstairs smelled of marijuana (nothing strong, but present). We reached out to the host, and she was quick to respond! Through dialogue with her, we realize the smell was coming from another apartment. She did offer to have the cleaners come back to try to fix the smell, but we said that wasn’t necessary; the apartment was very clean! There is a great restaurant down the street called Platform! We ate there every morning, and every dish we tried was great! We would stay here again!

Beautiful home! We loved our stay here! They had a fully functioning coffee bar! The house was just as pictured! My kids absolutely loved the bunk bed room! Great price!

I loved staying in Daniel and Charlotte's beautiful and cozy home! The neighborhood is quiet, parking is convenient, and the king-size bed is very comfortable. The hosts were very communicative. I'm sorry I could only spend one night here; I'd love to return.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and was very comfortable. The backyard was nice for our dog and we enjoyed a few restaurants in the area near campus. No problem using ride shares to downtown. We would stay here again.

This home was very comfortable, Clean and convenient for our needs. It’s right across the street from a large commercial building and parking lot, so that’s the view from the porch. Neighborhood is kinda rough, took a walk and was chased by an aggressive pit bull that was loose on the street. Another guy was loaded on his porch down the street-not a walking area. The downtown area is quaint and growing, a couple restaurants and the Gem theater which was cool. It’s a small town with simple pleasures, super friendly people.

Tavaris's home is spacious, clean, comfortable, accommodating, quiet and cozy. His skills as a host are top-notch. Tavaris responds immediately, and he goes out of his way to provide good communication and service. My stay was enjoyable. The bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable. Write a message of thanks to the hosts on the chalkboard wall. The living room has ample seating for relaxing, chatting, and viewing entertainment. The kitchen and dining areas are suitable for preparing, cooking, and enjoying a good meal. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are perfect for children or adults. The laundry room is a bonus. The house is located in a peaceful, quiet, and safe neighborhood. I enjoyed my stay and I recommend booking this lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. I'm sure you will find it comfortable, cozy, and accommodating too.

Really nice place and perfect for a quick stop and sleep overnight while driving my daughter home after graduating from college. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the surroundings and amenities.

We were in Charlotte for the PGA Championship and found a perfect stay at Edward’s condo. It was convenient to South Park, Quail Hallow and many delicious restaurants. The unit was wonderful with many amenities to make the stay feel like home. With a full kitchen and appliances, we were able to enjoy home cooked meals and the washer and dryer allowed us to do laundry during our week long stay. Edward was a great host and we will stay there again if we are in the Charlotte area.

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

Great stay. Host was super responsive. Only a twenty minute walk from Bank of America Stadium. The place had everything a person or couple would need for a great weekend in Charlotte.
