Very good accommodation experience, met Ms. Enrico at check-out, she was very friendly, recommended us tourist destinations, the room was very clean, no smell, everything was very good👍

Janet and Nicholas are exceptional hosts :) responsive and very kind, it was a pleasure to communicate with both of them. I must also add their property management company is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely gentlemen. Top service from everyone. Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

Together with my wife, we focused on Nicoletta's accommodation as a base to visit nearby Todi and then Orvieto. It turned out to be a good choice for the location, space and cleanliness, and we appreciated the nice welcome (even with both still and sparkling water in the fridge, and candies) from Nicoletta, after the precise contacts with Gabriela. Highly recommended accommodation.

My family and I stayed in this home for two nights during our time in Italy and it was easily the best place we booked. The home was beautiful and the view was incredible. We had some trouble when we first got there because it was dark out and the road to get up to the house was in rough shape, so if you are staying in Porzone and also renting a vehicle we suggest you rent a high clearance SUV. That being said, Matt was very responsive and was able to have the road filled in for us. Overall, we immensely appreciate the thoughtfulness and attentiveness of our hosts and their housekeeper Sarah. There was an extensive list of things to do and places to visit in the area and the house itself had all the amenities you would need/want. The nearest town Todi had beautiful sights and good food. We highly recommend staying here! We wish we were there longer than two days because it was a truly beautiful and peaceful place to stay.
