Nicolina was a joy to deal with, so welcoming and very flexible with the checkout time, delicious home made tart on arrival. Everything was spotlessly clean and the views are amazing (in any weather!). Great private parking and the bonus of a washing machine. We ate all our meals on the patio, the clear screens offer great protection from either the cool evenings or the odd insect. Grazie mille Nicolina.

I found Villa Costanzi by chance and I really liked it looking at the pictures. The house is located on the edge of a small town and resembles a rural house. The external and internal walls are made of stone in the style of the houses in the area. The furniture in the bedroom and kitchen are original from the early 1900s, they are in excellent condition and go very well with the modern building materials that were used for the restoration of the house. So I can say that if it were my house, I would like it to be similar to it.

The house is simply delicious, clean, cozy, well organized and comfortable. Tamara is special in ways, in her kindness and availability. It was a wonderful stay, like being at home and we hope to be back soon. Thanks, Federica, Dolores, Viviana and Alessandra.
