Monthly Rentals in Collado Villalba

Spacious apartment in a very quiet area, I booked the apartment for my aunt and they have been at home, both Katherine and Yoli have been very nice and respond quickly to messages, thank you for everything.

The apartment is as indicated in the description and can be seen in the photographs. The area of Villalba in which it is located is quiet and with all the shops necessary to solve any kind of need. The owner Paloma was attentive at all times and was very kind before, during and at the end of the stay. If I need an accommodation in Villalba again I will not hesitate to rent this apartment again.

Just what we needed, in my case I went for a week with two babies (two years and 9 months) and it was quite comfortable for them, in addition to leaving us toys with which they entertained themselves a lot. It's a garage that was adapted from a floor/annex but has everything you need, and for this hot season there was air conditioning. The only downside I could see is that there is no ventilation or window, (only one in the main room that is more of a ventilation that leads to a basement). In general, everything is correct ✔️ and has everything you need to have a good stay.

Raquel was very attentive from the first contact!The location is good, close to many supermarkets and gas stations! The apartment needs some repairs, and if it had an air conditioner it would be perfect, but the host left us a portable fan that softened the heat! The bathroom and shower are a plus, The water pressure is great! The apartment meets the needs for a short stay!
