Monthly Rentals in Col de Port

Sebastien has renovated the old house very lovingly and tastefully; it is furnished with beautiful old wooden furniture. And it still wins with the sunny 'winter garden' in front of the door, which can also be used as a dining and working place in rainy weather. From this, as from the bench on the terrace, you have a wonderful view of the green mountain forests; you can only hear birds and the sound of the Arac stream - wonderfully relaxing. The kitchen is excellent and equipped with everything, even for baking cakes. There was even detergent for the washing machine and a laundry rack for drying, as well as wood for the fireplace (which we did not use due to the warm weather). You can start directly from the house and walk to Massat on the Arac or via Urtier, take wonderful hikes in the high valleys with alpine pastures (Goutets, Coumebière, Liers) or to peaks with a great view of the Pyrenees (Mont Ceint, Trois Seigneurs). Would love to come again.

A big thank you for this great weekend in your charming cabin, with breathtaking views of the mountain and the gentle murmur of the stream in the background. A real little piece of heaven! We come several times a year, and love Jérôme's house and its exceptional environment. We hope that each time previous guests respect this place and leave nothing behind, which is not always the case. We took down a large glass bag, throw away perishable food and 2 garbage bags full of used toilet paper! Dishes were greasy and poorly washed. What a shame. Thank you to everyone who loves this place, take care of it, and respect the following guests. And of course we'll be back soon!!! Thank you Jérôme
