Monthly Rentals in Cocoroc

Very nice house and very helpful host. We loved our short stay and wished we could have stayed few days longer. We will come again in the future if the place is available.

The place met all our expectations. In fact it was more than we could ask for. Very recommendable especially for those traveling with kids. Place was super clean, easy to get in, super responsive host and beautiful location.

If it’s your 1st time, checkin and check out process was very overwhelming. Got to the location to pick up keys just after 4pm, key wasn’t there due to cleaners taking longer cleaning the apartment, so went had dinner and got to the keys at 7pm night time crouching on floor just to open keys (not ideal). Checkout was a nightmare, got stuck in lobby, no direct number to contact, called the neighbours to assist us getting into carpark so we can leave to airport. The neighbours said this happens often and host really need to consider a better checkin and checkout process. Would I recommend this airbnb? I would absolutely come back for the apartment because it’s lux living and gorgeous view, and now I know what to do for next time. It’s just a pity the checkin checkout process was overwhelming if it’s your first time, and host really needs a direct number to contact because there was a lot of waiting around time.
