Simple and quiet house Praia da Cocanha

Excellent beach for families, calm sea. The closest is Cocanha, there is Mococa, Tabatinga, Lazaro, Martin de Sá, Lagoa Azul, Pedra do Aliaré, Brava, Bonete, Itamambuca, Tabatinga etc. On foot, 10 minutes or by car 2 minutes. It is 8 km from the center, where there are craft fairs, amusement park and a large shopping center. Close to markets, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacy and ice cream shops. Minimum year-end observation 5 daily and the daily rate is maximum 24 hours

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain.
