Super charming house in a gated community on Maranduba Beach with a great leisure area: swimming pool, barbecue area, game room, soccer field, playground and fitness center. It is the perfect combination of a pleasant and quiet place to spend great moments as a couple, family or simply to “disconnect.” Located on a quiet and safe street, the condo is about 300 meters from the (8-minute walk), has 1 parking space, beach equipment and fast internet for watching Netflix, working or using the Wi-Fi.

Refuge facing the sea and mountains

Our space was designed as a place of refuge and welcome. We are 10 km from the first beach of Ubatuba and 30 km from Ilha Bela. It is possible to walk to Cocanha Beach, which is excellent for children, and 3.5 km to the beautiful Mococa Beach, with its river and sea of crystal-clear waters. The view from the balcony is a spectacle, as you can see from the photos. The beach in front is rocky, not recommended for swimming. There is no air-conditioning and we do not offer bed linen or bath towels.

The studio has a unique view from the entrance door, and in all rooms, bed, shower and to complete the view in the exclusive hot tub on the breathtaking private deck. Game room with billiard billiard, ping pong and cards. The entrance is shared and the path to the studio is through the pool area and shared deck.

We have three two-bedroom cottages for up to 5 guests (the fifth on a sofa bed), and three studios for up to 2 guests, all with full kitchen and bathroom.
