I would like to express my satisfaction with my stay at the beach house. The experience was extremely pleasant from start to finish. The house is very well cared for, clean and equipped with everything you need for rest and leisure days. Certainly, it was an experience that I intend to repeat and that I recommend to those who seek comfort, tranquility and good contact with the sea. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great location of the house, with everything close by, including one of the beaches on foot, good accommodation, we will definitely come back more often!

Compliments only Alexandre was extremely solicitous and present since before we closed the house, when we were still answering questions. Dona Rosângela also very friendly and understanding. A sweetheart! As for the property: it was like being at home. Completest and very clean. We enjoyed the structure a lot and did not want to leave rs. We intend to return with more time to get to know more about the city, as there is a lot to do and tourism for all tastes. Note 10!

We loved staying at this beach house! The whole area was super clean and tidy, which made our experience so much smoother and more enjoyable. The house had everything we needed — and even more —, super comfortable and practical. The location is amazing, about 10-15min walk to the beach. We certainly want to go back and we indicate with closed eyes to those looking for a well-kept and cozy place to rest.

The place is simply wonderful! Literally standing in the sand on a quiet beach 2km from the historical center. Well equipped with all we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

The stay was great, the house matches the photos and description. Guilherme is very fast on return, flexible, quite friendly. Perfect rooms air conditioning, appliances in optimum condition, very good barbecue and excellent swimming pool. The kitchen is quite complete. The condominium is beautiful, safe, it is important that everyone in the car register upon arrival, to facilitate entry and exit by car. The beach is very good, calm waters and good temperature, good options of stalls. The walk is 15-20 minutes, but most of it is inside the condominium, from the front of the gate to the beach, a quick trail under the lane already comes out in front of the beach. I recommend it.

Great family accommodation. Comfortable, safe, clean, spacious, bright, airy apartment, well located and easy to access with quick check-in. Located in front of the beach and in a strategic location to go downtown or to explore/visit neighboring beaches. The host is extremely attentive and her answers are quick and decisive. This is a great place to stay in Caraguatatuba/SP.

Caroline's apartment makes us feel at home, very cozy, all very clean and not to mention the tranquility of the building. I stayed in her apartment a while ago, for all these reasons all the above I came back and will come back more often. We had a wonderful experience at the apartment! The view is simply amazing, facing the sea, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach. The space is super comfortable, well maintained and exactly as in the photos. The host, Rafael, was impeccable — always considerate and helpful, making us feel very welcome. Apartment exactly as described. The condominium is great, with very helpful employees. Extremely secure. It has a market that has everything so we wouldn't need to have taken anything abosulantly. The caretaker, Mr. Pedro and his family were super friendly to helpful. Both rooms have their own bathroom and a downstairs bathroom.

Excellent experience. Without criticism, so that it is perfect I suggest maintenance in the air conditioning of the main suite ( does not cool properly ) and arrange for at least the ceiling fan of suite 2 to work, since there are technical difficulties for the corrective maintenance of the air conditioning installed in this suite. Another important detail is the fact that there is no hygienic shower in any of the bathrooms. An exceptional apartment like this one deserves special attention.

Casa located in a very safe condominium, the cleaning, utensils and the leisure area is the advantage of the house. Paulo was polite and helpful whenever necessary, still released the checkin a few hours earlier. I recommend it!

Our stay in this apartment was simply wonderful! It exceeded our expectations in every way. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very beautiful and decorated. We find everything impeccably clean and organized, and the kitchen is complete, with all the necessary utensils. We love the balcony, which had a beautiful view! The location is one of the great highlights! The proximity of the beach made our tours much easier. In addition, we found great markets and restaurants just minutes away. It was very easy to get around the area. Ana was very attentive and we feel very welcome. We definitely intend to return soon to enjoy this amazing space again. Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Mall ribeira shopping mall that has everything you can imagine. There are boat tours that come out of the river sack and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

I chose Mário's place to spend a few days relaxing and celebrating my daughter's one-year anniversary. The apartment is large and well equipped. The condominium has everything, it's very quiet and the neighbors are cordial. We love the pool, the game room, the kids space and also the well-equipped BBQ space. Besides all the condominium is very close to the beach, we don't need the car for anything. I miss breakfast with that sensational view.
