Family-friendly holiday rentals in Cobb County

Perfect place for our family Christmas in Atlanta. We all loved the social kitchen, lovely living spaces lined with books and comfortable bedrooms. We really appreciated being able to stay in a real family home over the holidays. Plus the hot tub was a nice added perk.

Location was excellent. Walkable to many restaurants, trader Joe's and more. parking was a bit tight, but definitely can fit 2 cars tandem in the driveway which was really helpful since there was very little street parking. The home was clean and Stewart was super responsive, even at 1am. Sorry about that Stewart! We had 8 ladies celebrating a birthday and there was plenty of towels and bathrooms and beds to go around. The 2 washer and dryers were useful but we didn't need it. Overall great stay and would stay again.

Happy to stay here again and bring the kiddos this time! We spent most of the time outside enjoying the peaceful surroundings, pool and hot tub. Great location- plenty of restaurant options and nearby grocery. No complaints and hope to stay again!

This place was perfect! Spacious, clean and the hot tub was a huge bonus! It was in the perfect location. The response time was quick and extremely helpful. We felt safe and secure the entire stay. Everyone slept comfortably with all the space and beds available. 10 out 10 would recommend.

It was a nice place for my vacation. The neighborhood was peaceful. It was also 5 mins away from thr interstate, so it wasn't hard to get to places. We enjoyed our visit.

This place has everything . No issues at all. Space enough for large parties.

Sue's place was great! It was exactly as described. There was a gas station in walking distance, which was great. It was just a 10 minute drive away from the GWCC, which was great! Thanks Sue! Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Home was decorated very nicely, was comfortable for our group of 4. Neighborhood was quiet and located close to the highway to reach all of the attractions. Morgan was extremely nice and responded to any questions promptly.

Todd has a Great place to stay close to Atlanta without much trouble to get to, with awesome beds, great kitchen and dining areas inside and outside, we had a group of men and lady's the bunk beds worked Great so everybody had their own bed. Had a small problem with the tv or internet Todd was there and had it fixed in a snap. Would recommend the Owl house to anyone. 5 Stars for the Owl House

Everything was immaculate and we had a wonderful stay. The only negative we could come up with was the hot water was less than desired.
