We had a great stay! The place is clean, modern, well equipped and new. The host and staff are terrific - from our first initial contact to checkout they were pro-active, responsive and helpful. We did have a parking snafu while there and they were on top of it - handling it very professionally and really helped us out! This is a great place to stay in Atlanta!

Caden’s place was great and the bed was very comfortable. I was in town for work nearby and Caden’s place was exactly what I needed. I would recommend his place to anyone!

This place was perfect for us! We had a concert to attend at the Coca Cola Roxy and this home was an easy 6 minute walk to the venue! They left very clear instructions (that I may have overlooked for some information) but were very friendly when I messaged them for clarification. Their response time is the best I’ve ever experienced on AirBnB. Mostly getting back to us in under 20 minutes. The place was well kept and had plenty of glasses and kitchen equipment if needed. We didn’t get a chance to visit the lake behind the place since it rained most of the time we stayed but it was stunning enough that we were able to keep the curtains drawn to enjoy the view. For the most part the neighborhood was quiet and made it a wonderful stay. When we make it back out to Atlanta this place will be first on my list!!

Great place to stay. Wish we were in town longer just to enjoy the space a little bit more. Jennifer really goes out of her way to make sure you're comfortable and it is very appreciated after a long day/ drive!

Beautiful peaceful place and the host Mike was very communicative and friendly.

My friend and I needed a place to stay for our extended trip, for a concert at Truist Park Stadium. This place was the perfect fit, with the stadium being a 6-10 minute drive and a grocery store just down the road. My favorite part is that there isn’t too much traffic noise or other normal city noises. Also to note: I’m a lighter sleeper and slept peacefully the whole stay. That is always a win in my book. Would definitely book again if I come back to the Smyrna side of ATL in the future.

i’d give 10 stars for sure! Gregory was very responsive, friendly and helpful. He was able to let me check in a little earlier than my check in time. Place is perfect. It’s a brand new complex so there’s some areas that aren’t finished yet but the unit itself was perfect. washer & dryer worked well, both bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. everything was just perfect inside & out. parking is right outside which makes things easier when traveling with luggage’s and bags. no complaints over here. i’m definitely coming back!

Fabulous apartment with a great host! What more could you ask for?! Book with Jaaron, you won’t be disappointed. He reached out and walked me through check in, which way easy. He even gave me a list of close places open for late night food for after the concert I went to. This morning he texted a list of brunch spots. Perfect!

I really felt comfortable at Richelles rental suite! It was so quaint and in a beautiful neighborhood. The area is awesome and surrounded by nature! I would recommend this place for sure! She was always responsive and very kind! Thanks again, Richelle!

Clean and close to stadium.

Convenient, well appointed apartment that's great for short term or extended stays. I only was there for 2 nights but could easily have used this as an extended stay as Washer dryer was great. parking in the garage was great, the kitchen was stocked with some essentials other than just pots and pans with spices , oil,etc. It's right next to Piedmont Park so great for those looking for that convenience. very walkable, ealways felt safe, easy to go out and exercise WiFi was strong. would book again

Nice place, very clean and modern. Getting inside was a bit tricky. Have to change floors and get on different elevators twice to get to the apartment. Front lobby was kinda weird, very empty with a busted big screen tv just sitting there on the floor. From the apartment you have a direct view of the freeway and can hear all the traffic and sirens very loudly. Lots of homeless people around the area, but that’s just downtown. Marcus was a good host tho, we had everything we needed. Walking distance to the aquarium, coke world and the arena. Overall good stay.

I went for a quick stay in Atlanta. The studio apartment was exactly as described. It was very convenient and easy to get to the Mercedes Benz stadium. Was pretty bummed it rained all weekend so I didn’t get to use the pool and outdoor amenities. Everything was very close by and convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place, stayed for a braves game. It was a short walk to the stadium and not having to worry about parking and traffic was a plus. Would stay again there was great feedback and response and instructions on check in/check out.

This guest house is way more beautiful in person than in the photos! The location is pristine and peaceful. The space was ample, clean, and beautifully decorated. The guest house is completely separate from the main house, which was important for me. Sandi was very helpful, pleasant, and responsive. Highly recommend this place!

The pictures is exactly how it was presented, I really enjoyed my stay , that shower is so magnificent very modern and the home was gorgeous but the best part other than the jacuzzi was the bed ! The bed was so comfortable and very spacious I would definitely recommend

I’ve been renting Airbnbs for years now and Jayna’s place and her ,as a host, are by far one of the best I’ve ever dealt with! She was super accommodating and kind. Everything from the kitchen layout to the location are perfect! We come to Georgia several times a year for baseball and I intent to use her again!
