Location, location, location! If downtown Decatur or Emory is your destination, this is the place for you! The property was very convenient to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping - everything! I am glad that the parking is on property and easy to access. It was very easy to communicate with Grace and she was responsive to all contact and requests. My wife and I would stay here again, where it's Greater in Decatur!

I had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly and always responded quickly, making check-in and check-out super easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Gail’s place was perfect for my week-long intensive class at Emory—close, convenient, clean, had everything I needed. She was a fabulous host, offering clear instructions for check in and out and even some suggestions on places to eat. The bedding and accommodations were comfortable. Great mini-kitchen. I hope to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay, pretty close to Truist park where our concert was. Everything was clean, tidy and cozy. A great place to relax after our busy outings!

It was a great place to stay while visiting family

Sean made things easy — clear communication from initial booking. It was clean, quiet, and perfectly located. I could walk most anywhere I wanted to go. It was a nice atmosphere and would definitely stay there again.

Ten minute walk to the restaurants and shops in Decatur. There is also a MARTA station in Decatur, so it is ideal for someone who wants to spend time in downtown Atlanta but not stay overnight in downtown Atlanta. Very comfortable apartment over a garage. Some steps involved in getting there, but this should not be a problem for most people.

We needed a place close to Smyrna while looking for and buying a house. Found one quickly but the closing process took time so this place was good for us to be able to cook. This fit us and our dog perfectly.

Just what I was looking for to escape from the city for the weekend! Lovely and cozy, walkable to the brewery and downtown strip. A must see are the amazing museums in nearby Cartersville. Spotless space with excellent bedding/linens. Mark and Fabi have it together!

Liz's place was very enjoyable! Quiet, easy, comfortable and a great location! Liz was very responsive, helpful and friendly. The twin bed mattress was a little thin for a big 15 year old, but he just piled both twin mattresses and it was fine! The room was a private little refuge for him. We were in the area for a baseball tournament and will consider this listing again in the future.

Excellent place. Very private with a lot of nature in the backyard! Exactly what we wanted. Keep in mind that the place is a little damp and that's expected from a place in the woods. Adds to the vibe.

Quiet and peaceful stay in the Buckhead community, 10 - 15 minutes from all the Buckhead amenities, churches, restaurants, shops and stops along Peachtree and over to East Paces Ferry, Pharr, Lenox and the surrounding environs. Pleasant hosts who open their extra apartment space to travelers to and through this part of Atlanta. All the comforts of home tucked away in an accessible and relaxing spot.

The location is in a nice neighborhood and the host quickly responded. I will definitely recommend.

My Austin visit was to see someone which didn't work out, but the city cheered me up.

This was great space for our small family and in a beautiful location with easy access to the best of Atlanta. The property is well maintained with everything needed for a short stay. The hosts provided detailed recommendations and guidance. We will definitely keep the carriage house in mind for future visits.

I can see why this spot is always booked. Light and spacious carriage house studio that feels safe and private. Spotlessly clean with a great layout; comfy bed and living/dining area seating, plus a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette. June is a responsive and welcoming host. Will be booking this one again for sure!

This was a lovely and peaceful stay with access to a park. Uber and Lyft were easily accessible which rated highly with me as I didn’t have a car. Directions were clear.

I had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful—exactly what I needed. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up. Aaron was an incredibly friendly and welcoming host. He really went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable and at home. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend!

I spent 2 nights at Renee's place in Marietta and the 1 bedroom ground floor apartment worked very well for me. I cooked in the spotless kitchen for both nights and the seating options for dining, and watching TV all worked just fine for me. The bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and although I didn't need it, just having a washing machine and dryer was a good to know. Communication with Renee was easy and she was very responsive to me as the time for me stay approached. I didn't have any particular needs or problems, but felt confident that had I done so, she would have been very available. All in all, it was a very relaxing, and stress free stay, which is what I needed most on this trip.
