Monthly Rentals in Clever

This is the second time my family has stayed at Jason's place. He has done a great job of making it a home away from home. It will be our first choice on any future trips to the area.

Staying in the Cupcake Cottage has been home away from home for us. We cook a lot so to have a nice gas stove/oven is wonderful. We have extra spices that we needed out of her offerings in the cabinets. There is so much room in the kitchen. I like the eat in kitchen table and chairs. It has been where I hang out a lot. The furniture in the living room is comfy, as are the beds. And it is so handy to have a full washer and dryer to wash everything we need. Our yard has been mowed, and chairs set out with a table for our enjoyment. It's a very homey place. We are so glad it is here in Crane!

We had such a wonderful stay at Laura's beautiful home! The place is absolutely stunning, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful touches. The amenities were top-notch, and we especially loved the hot tub – it was so relaxing after a day of exploring. The bed was by far the comfiest we've ever slept in, and having the adjustable controls was a game-changer! The snacks were a lovely surprise and made us feel so welcome. But honestly, the best part was meeting her incredibly friendly outdoor cat – what a sweet surprise! We’re already planning our next stay. Already showed this beautiful stay with family and friends. Highly recommend!

My husband and I took his parents to the area to celebrate their great nephew’s high school graduation. We had never been to Republic before so I was a little nervous about the area. RuthAnn’s home is in a peaceful, relaxing beautiful neighborhood. The front porch was by far my FAVORITE spot. The welcome snacks were far beyond what I expected but greatly appreciated. My in-laws had never stayed in a AB&B before and both were extremely impressed (things not easy to do.) I had contacted RuthAnn and asked about the steps into the home due to my in-laws physical limitations (they are 79) and she responded very quickly. My in-laws had no problems with the steps. Highly recommend for those with limited mobility!!! We had a wonderful weekend and will be returning to stay with Richard & RuthAnn again soon!!
