We felt at home at Massimo's. Everything was as it should be and even better. The house was large, spacious and very clean. Perfect for our family of four plus a dog. The place is located far from the buildings, so you can relax in peace. The garden was large, perfect for spending time outdoors, and there was a large and clean swimming pool where you could cool off on hot days. The contact with Massimo was without reservations. He always wrote back within a few minutes and if we needed anything, he was always available. In the kitchen, there were basic food products to make coffee and eat something after a long journey. In addition, we received delicious wine, and as soon as it was missing, he always brought new ones. On the last day, we had delicious croissants for breakfast. I highly recommend this home. Everything was perfect. And we hope to return there.

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great time. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted by Fausto. With a translation app, everything was communicated to us. I think his friendly face makes everyone happy.😀 An atmospheric enclosed garden where our 2 large dogs had a wonderful time. Very nice that there was air conditioning available. The bed was great! Nothing was missing. Oh yes, the cheese slicer😀😀, but that is often missing abroad😀. The house is located within a small complex that could be closed. The sea can be reached within 7 minutes by car. It's not busy at all this time of year. We had 30 degrees and blue sky for 1 week. Fausto responds almost immediately to your questions. We visited: caves, fano, Loreto, Torre di palme and the sea. We would recommend this house!

Caterina's house is truly a gem! Clean and tidy, very comfortable to live in and in an optimal position to reach the station and other services on foot, as well as the promenade! If I return to Porto San Giorgio, it will be my first choice! Congratulations Caterina and thank you

What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delicious, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

Mini apartment equipped with everything you need to spend your holiday in total relaxation. The area, surrounded by greenery, is very quiet, in a fairly shaded area. The sea is 15 minutes away on foot and easily accessible. A note of merit for also accepting pets in the apartment. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Comfy bed with topper. Very nice bathroom equipped with washing machine, hairdryer and courtesy kit. We found everything we needed for daily cleaning, which is not a given. Although we had a problem with the internet connection, Emma and Davide proved to be very proactive and helped us. Very good Davide and Paolo for the help shown for each of our requests. Highly recommended.

it was a beautiful experience, we highly recommend it, unique in its kind, the place is beautiful and you are immersed in nature with great comfort. The surroundings are beautiful and the structure is really great. We also took advantage of the spa, the night in the bubble was beautiful!! A note of excellence for Alice's welcome: super responsive in communication, she provided us with suggestions for restaurants (excellent Mangia), we even had a problem with the car and she worked to help us (on the weekend, not simple and discounted therefore).. we had all the comforts and great kindness so we were very happy and SUPERCONSIGLIAMO this experience and this structure

Wow!! What a beautiful place. We had a very relaxing stay at La càna. The location is amazing and peaceful. Paola was very accomodating and provided lots of suggestions for exploring the surrounding region. Her family (including x3 dogs) were very friendly but also respectful of our space and privacy. Wine, tart and fruit on arrival was appreciated after driving to our destination. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, walking through the vineyards and exploring / eating at the surrounding towns. It was also nice to cook for ourselves at La càna a couple of nights and enjoy the beautiful view. Highly recommend!

The most beautiful place in Italy. We enjoyed it so much. Michela and Massimo are the kindest and sweetest people. Our stay was perfect. The view, the apartment, the garden, .. everything was with made with so much love the and lovely details. We will come back.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

We stayed for a week and had the absolute best time. Kristy and James are the perfect hosts, very nice and welcoming. We felt at home the second we arrived. The place and surroundings look beautiful and even better than the pictures. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. Also Bandit is just the sweetest dog and we miss him already. Absolutely recommend staying here!

The apartment is as described, with a modern bathroom and everything you need, even in the kitchen (breakfast for a couple of days was guaranteed) It is on the second floor and the stairs are slightly steep with narrow landings but for us it was not a problem (a little movement is good) We used the terrace in the evening to dine, even if you have to go up another flight of stairs to bring up what you need, but after the excellent fish-based lunches on the waterfront, the dinners were light. You don't get to enjoy the view, but you do get a fresh and pleasant breeze, at least during our stay Dino was full of advice, always diligent, and lent us his bicycles, which were very useful for getting around the long cycle paths in the area. We have reached Grottammare Alta and Marano (Cupra Alta), which are really beautiful. In the evening, leaving the house, you could reach the main street in two minutes, which was lively and had many bars We liked San Benedetto (even the oldest part), we hope to return

I stayed at Leontina's place for one month, and absolutely loved it! It was very comfortable, spacious, clean, and well equipped; I didn't want to leave! The apartment is conveniently located directly across the road from a quiet beach, there is a large, well-stocked supermarket just a few minutes away on foot, and the seafront, featuring numerous restaurants, gelatarias, etc. is also only a short distance away. The city centre is a little further, but still perfectly walkable. Leontina and Marco were fantastic hosts, and lovely people; they made me feel right at home, and I hope to see them again, soon. Thank you for this great stay! Unfortunately, we were only there for one night and were sad when we had to leave, because we would have liked to stay longer. The accommodation is super equipped and very clean, you just feel right at home! The bed was so good and comfortable that we slept incredibly restfully for 11 hours without interruption:) The view and the property are really something special and extremely quiet, perfect for true relaxation and to let the soul wander. Our personal highlight was the fireflies we could watch on the property late in the evening and Joy, the farm dog, who is incredibly sweet and well-behaved. We were perfectly cared for by André and Valentina. They were very likeable and extremely helpful. We really felt very comfortable and would like to come back :)

We got hit by a storm for 3 days which was unfortunate! Also beach activities had closed down - possibly early because of Storm - however we enjoyed the apartment- the decking area is fabulous- as are the views ! Thank you Naty !

Stefano and Erika have a beautiful guest house that was exactly as described, very comfortable, with stunningly beautiful surroundings. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and shown the guest house. Stefano and Erika provided many wonderful items that we enjoyed throughout our stay to include, local cheeses and meats, yogurts, wonderful wine, local jams, and a homemade plum tart. This place is incredible with perfect hosts and everything you will need for the best vacation. I will recommend Stefano and Erika’s guest house to all my friends and we will definitely stay at the guest house during our next visit to Cingoli. This is a PERFECT place to spend for a short or long vacation.

The apartment is an "attic" apartment but with lovely skylights. It is on the 4th floor and a bit of a walk up, but not bad. It is right on the main street for passeggiata and 2 blocks from the promenade and ocean. It's a great location and surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Quiet apartment on the ground floor with parking under the house. Centrally located in the charming village of Sirolo. Good base for all kinds of excursions in the area. Terrace with seating.
