A pretty terraced house in the enchanting old town of Recanati! Wonderful tranquility, short distances, comfortable amenities and very nice and caring hostess! The city is on the hill and the view from Antonietta's house is so beautiful - an incredible expanse, the Mediterranean roofs and the good atmosphere of the city. Everything highly recommended.

We felt at home at Massimo's. Everything was as it should be and even better. The house was large, spacious and very clean. Perfect for our family of four plus a dog. The place is located far from the buildings, so you can relax in peace. The garden was large, perfect for spending time outdoors, and there was a large and clean swimming pool where you could cool off on hot days. The contact with Massimo was without reservations. He always wrote back within a few minutes and if we needed anything, he was always available. In the kitchen, there were basic food products to make coffee and eat something after a long journey. In addition, we received delicious wine, and as soon as it was missing, he always brought new ones. On the last day, we had delicious croissants for breakfast. I highly recommend this home. Everything was perfect. And we hope to return there.

Special stay in Lucia's very spacious apartment, with a beautiful garden and a breathtaking view of the Conero hills. Initially, the strong personality of the house has moved us a little, but we were greeted by Gigliola (Lucia's mother) with great kindness. Strategic location for the sea (15-20 minutes) and beautiful excursions (Loreto, Sirolo, Passo del Lupo). Going back to this "home" after our days was a real pleasure. Thank you Lucia! Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted by Fausto. With a translation app, everything was communicated to us. I think his friendly face makes everyone happy.😀 An atmospheric enclosed garden where our 2 large dogs had a wonderful time. Very nice that there was air conditioning available. The bed was great! Nothing was missing. Oh yes, the cheese slicer😀😀, but that is often missing abroad😀. The house is located within a small complex that could be closed. The sea can be reached within 7 minutes by car. It's not busy at all this time of year. We had 30 degrees and blue sky for 1 week. Fausto responds almost immediately to your questions. We visited: caves, fano, Loreto, Torre di palme and the sea. We would recommend this house!

The apartment is very spacious, it has more rooms, the kitchen complete with everything you need. There is also a washing machine (I didn't use it). Mattia was very kind and helpful, "self check-in" was very convenient! The apartment is on a residential street, not far from a shopping center.

we spent a week at Antonella's place and it was a fantastic week. The apartment is spacious, clean, tidy, nothing is missing! The context of the residence is very convenient for both the beach and the surroundings, the area is wonderful and worth visiting. Antonella was hospitable, she met us for check-in and checkout times, she was always available. I recommend this location to everyone and especially Antonella's apartment, it was a beautiful vacation and we will definitely be back!

The apartment in the country house is in a quiet area, you can only hear the frogs and birds, surrounded by nature. Impeccable cleanliness and apartment equipped with everything you need.

I stayed at Chiara's for 3 nights, the house is well maintained and comfortable, small but well equipped, perfect for 2 people. I really appreciated the free parking a stone's throw from the house. Giulia was great and the place is really well located for quick access (by car) to the beaches and the town. Beautiful surroundings. Definitely worth a longer visit next time.

It is difficult for me to emphasize because I was very satisfied all around. Andrea was very pleasant and reliable. Even when there was a small problem, he was immediately on hand on Sunday morning with a solution. The apartment was great and the location speaks for itself. My stay was wonderful and I would book there again any time.

A great find in Macerata. Close to all services that the city offers, but when you walk in the door you are transported to another world. The noise and bustle disappears as you face a beautiful, pristine valley out to the mountains. It looks exactly like the pictures. Strongly Recommended!

Beautiful apartment directly located across the beach, the view from the terrace is incredible. A lot of restaurants in close vicinity, also a supermarket close. Very friendly and responsive hosts. The only thing to maybe add on the critical side is the noise of the train in close proximity. But you can't avoid that in Grottammare if you want to be close to the beach. So, close the windows in the bedrooms, put on the (well-working) AC and enjoy this beautiful place.

This is a special place high on a hill in a medieval village overlooking the sea. A 10 min walk to the beaches and a lovely space with all the necessities for a comfortable stay.

I came to Macerata for a conference and some home office work. I was looking for a place that would feel like home. It was absolutely perfect. Macerata is beautiful and feels exceptionally calm if you come there from crowded Rome, like I did.

We had a great time at Arianna's place. He is a very welcoming person, who gave us good tips for going out or eating. She also made our arrival much easier. The apartment was clean, tidy and well arranged. Located in a small village, we enjoyed the quiet of the place but also the proximity of the surrounding cities and the sea not far away. The communication was also perfect, especially since Arianna speaks very good English. A person and a place that are really to be recommended for any stay in the area. Thank you so much for a great week.

Beautiful place, extremely clean and with a privileged location. We received great attention from Fabio and his mom. We had an excellent stay there, it is a place that I recommend without a doubt.

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

The house enjoys a panoramic view of the sea, the interiors have everything you need and one of the best features is the outdoor shower (the view remains unbeatable)! Very clean environment! Numana is a small, typical, and charming town, the pebble beaches are well maintained, and the sea is clean and pleasant. Highly recommended!!!

If you have to stay in Numana, the best choice is Elisa and Laura's house. My mom and I spent wonderful days in their beautiful home, cared for with love and a lot of taste in every little detail, as can be seen, for example, from the paintings hand-painted by Laura. The highlight of this gem is the wonderful terrace with a sea view, which gave us unique memories. The location is great! You can easily reach the main destinations on foot, enjoying the view that the area offers. I would also like to emphasize the kindness, courtesy and helpfulness of the landlady, who welcomed us with open arms, leaving us surprises and always being available to us. A welcome of this level and such strong attention to guests are very rare. I can only give the highest score to this splendid residence. We will definitely come back again.
