The apartment was easy to reach by foot and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Vincenzo was very kind to host me last-minute which was a great help! He was very friendly and attentive, gave me some advice for dinner and prepared a light breakfast in the morning. All in all: very satisfied.

Casa Matilda is cozy, clean, well cared for and in a strategic location. Personally, I didn't understand by looking at the photos that the kitchen is shared with other guests. Absolutely not a problem for me. I will certainly return soon to Porto Sant'Elpidio, a guest of Casa Matilda.

A magical atmosphere that you can breathe in Montecosaro and Silvia's structure! In addition to the beautiful location, we were greeted with great care and warmth. Everything is very well cared for and clean in the property, nothing was missing. Not to mention breakfast! Lots of homemade products by Simona, from yogurt with muesli to cakes, with cappuccino. Finally, the hosts were very attentive to the pandemic situation; masks, spaces divided for the breakfast of the guests of the two rooms, etc. If we were to recap in those areas, we would absolutely return to this property!

Ilenia was a truly great host, she solved a small problem instantly. Having arrived by motorbike, he made us park inside the property, which was closed by a gate. The structure is modern and well maintained, clean and in a quiet area a stone's throw from the historic center. There are restaurants within walking distance. When we arrived, he was there waiting for us. Every morning, she personally prepares breakfast in a kitchen/living room area set up for breakfast. Excellent experience for our weekend at the Morrovalle motorcycle rally. We'll be back next time, too. Thank you.

Guido’s accommodation is a very nice, clean property in a beautiful location easy walking distance to the historic centre of Castelfidardo. Highly recommended if you are visiting the area.

I stayed with my girlfriend at Barbara's B&B. Despite the last-minute booking, she was responsive and available in providing us with feedback on the booking and address. Once you reach your destination, following a short dirt road (manageable with a normal car), the location is wonderful. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was well-stocked and could be enjoyed outdoors, surrounded by greenery and peacocks roaming freely. If I were to return to the area, I would definitely go back to Barbara's B&B!

We had a fantastic stay at Greenvalley BnB, Yulia is a friendly and helpful host. We also became friends with Eugene (one of her dogs), who only walked along with Yulia when she came over to deliver breakfast. At the same time we had our privacy at the studio. The studio is very comfortable and the pool is very nice; the pictures speak for themselves. If you are looking for a place to relax and close to some nice villages, the beach and services (such as grocery shopping), Greenvalley BnB is most definitely the perfect location. First time in this place but it has remained in our hearts. Marco was warm and helpful. Free parking on the property. The room is beautiful and modern, equipped with every comfort. Very clean and extremely functional. Each room has a private balcony with a table and chairs. Possibility of getting fresh water from the barrel in the corridor. Quiet and sheltered area from which it is very easy to reach the sea or the center. Excellent and varied breakfast, always with homemade desserts. I hope to be back soon

Recently tastefully renovated and super clean apartment. The area is very quiet and we had a very good time with Marzia and her husband who immediately make you feel at ease and give great advice on how to get around to explore the area. Those arriving by car are no problem. Top hospitality and then they love animals and for me this is an added value. We found seriousness and availability. Truly an enjoyable experience. Thank you... we hope to be back soon

This place was exactly as described and better! Frederica was an incredible host. She provided breakfast every morning, had a spotless pool with incredible views and fresh towels, she answered all our questions and had great local recommendations. We stayed for a wedding nearby in Treia other than that it’s very small town vibes with beautiful scenery and a bit of a drive to touristy locations.

a small corner of paradise at the top of the hill with sea view. Pool, lawn, garden and a renovated accommodation that puts serenity only to look at it. If you are looking for a secluded place to recharge in the middle of nature, this is for you!

The view is incredible. We had a beautiful stay here. Francesca was welcoming and makes great coffee! Such an amazing breakfast looking out at the sea and stunning coast line. We stayed in the room with a great view. There is also a pool on site. We walked to two beach’s from the house, which was very handy.
