Well, what can I say.. a unique experience! The owners were very kind, we felt right at home. Attention to detail, friendliness, punctuality, availability. The house is beautiful,the rooms are picturesque,the landscape is breathtaking. We will definitely be back!!

Excellent typical heart-shaped grandmother's cake that we found on our arrival, excellent mulled wine, fantastic swimming pool, the rooster's alarm clock led us every morning to a rural and relaxing life... a breathtaking view of the village and mountains and a spectacular orchard. Dreaming of calm, rest and tranquility? this is a perfect place. the house is big, clean, fresh and very nice. everything is there to cook or even play with family, especially in the outdoor kitchen. we loved our stay and recommend this place. a big thank you to Anja and celestial for their welcome, kindness, and kindness.

Carmela welcomed us in person, giving us the opportunity to check in first. The area is very quiet, the description of the house reflects reality. There's everything you need for a peaceful vacation. We had a great time, even our two dogs had no problem adjusting. On foot you can reach the sea (no sand but stones and mostly free and unequipped beaches). In Marina Palmense there are no evening activities for after dinner, so you have to travel by car but a few km away there are various towns that offer entertainment. For a peaceful vacation, I HIGHLY recommend this place.

The home is beyond amazing! In terms of cleanliness, best to date. But also the location, facilities and decor more than we had hoped. The two bathrooms and the pool pure luxury. Owners are super friendly, helpful and great in terms of communication. Upon arrival, a beautiful package with tasty things and bottle of wine and on farewell again surprised with a farewell gift. Incredibly sweet. A vacation to remember.

A week of true relaxation! The house is very cozy, familiar and super well-stocked. The place is wonderful! Bathing with a view of the Sibillini mountains, unparalleled! Excellent location to disconnect from everything. Caterina is very helpful and flexible. We would definitely like to return to the period of flowering of the sunflowers! Highly recommended!

The house can be reached on foot via a steep street. You can't get there by car, but you only have to walk about 100 m to get there. Big advantage is that there are no cars at your doorstep and it is wonderfully quiet i. That's definitely nice if you sit outside and enjoy the garden that goes up in height (several terraces). The house has all the comforts. Very nice that there are several bathrooms and the bedrooms are all spacious. The living room is not very large, but certainly not small. The kitchen is not that big, but has everything you could need From the house you can walk into the old part of town, where you imagine yourself a few centuries back in time. This part should be viewed both in the evening and during the day. The town has all the necessary amenities (restaurants, supermarket, cafe, etc.). Christine is enthusiastic and always and usually responds quickly. Her responses are extensive, which gives a engaged and reliable feel.

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

We had some great days in Sirolo. The house is large and everything you need is available. The decor is old-fashioned and it has a lot of old-fashioned decor and collectables. I was a bit overwhelmed But the outdoor life and the large park with pool makes it all right. Finally, you live outside. Carlo was the best host we've met so far. Always available, quick responses to SMS very caring and friendly. Thanks for the lovely stay!

So pleased with our stay at Sara’s. From beginning to end Sara was always responsive and helpful. The home was clean and comfortable and the views of the sea from every room were amazing. We did not expect to use the pool very much but in the end used it everyday for a cool dip in the evening. Hope to come back someday!!

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

Dear Lisa & Christian Back in cold Switzerland. We had such a beautiful, inspiring and nourishing week for body and soul in your lovingly designed paradisiacal Casa Pilar 😍 Of course we enjoyed the pool, even at 19 degrees it was an experience to enjoy the 13 meter swimming pool. Stefan was more diligent than me - but I also made it twice 🙏 The house has so much charm and radiates just as much warmth as Lisa & Christian. Thank you for the delicious welcome vegetables 🙏 The house is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything. We will be back again. There is still a lot to discover by gravel bike or on foot. A very nice and carefully renovated house near Senigallia. Beautiful garden with olive trees, Oleander and rosemary. The pool area is separated from the rest of the garden by a wall and is not visible from there. However, it is protected from the wind through the wall, which we liked. The bedrooms are simply but nicely furnished and the bathrooms are all very attractively planned. The kitchen on the ground floor is really nice. Here we regularly cooked together. It was a pity here that unfortunately 2 gas flames did not stop properly. The kitchen appliances (coffee maker and kettle) are outdated and could be renewed. The rest was really nice! We had some problem with the hot water and could only use 2 of the 3 showers in the meantime. Also the Wi-Fi is not available throughout the house. Unfortunately, we didn't have internet at all for just under 2 days. Very nice, we would come back!

We stayed with Mariella for 2 weeks in her beautiful villa. The house impresses with its large rooms, everything you need is there. Everything was very clean and well maintained. There is also a barbecue in the garden. Mariella made every effort to make our stay unforgettable. She is a great host and had lots of tips for us on restaurants and places to visit. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to see everything, which means we have the goal of coming back again. Macerata is a small but very nice town with lots of good restaurants and bars. The villa is a little on the outskirts of the town, beautifully situated in a good residential neighbourhood. There is everything you need to live, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Thank you for the nice hospitality!

A wonderful house, a corner of paradise. Well-kept and welcoming house with a wonderful garden. The view is a feast for the eyes, and at night, the fireflies keep you company. Highly recommended.

Beautiful family vacation. The house is exactly as described, super clean and the welcome was excellent. At the top of a hill you can enjoy a fabulous view, wind that cools hot days, and shade areas near the pool. Everything is perfect!

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

A beautiful villa with large, well-kept garden, beautiful terrace, pizza oven, barbecue and great pool only 150 m away. Everything was available in terms of equipment. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back.

Elegant and spacious house that offers all you need to relax. Huge garden! Shopping facilities - especially smaller ones - a little bit far off, best to do big shoppings once in a while. Since it got really hot during our stay the air condition in the sleeping roms was extremely helpful. Massimo was always right at hand with lots of recommendations - thank you!

We have been thinking of revisiting San Ginesio for many years and this year we went back. What a wonderful part of Italy staying in a lovely house. Set on a hillside with stunning views of the Sibillini mountains. The house is spacious with two large sitting rooms interconnecting with a large well fitted kitchen all with great views. The bedrooms, we only used two, we’re spacious and the beds comfortable. The house produces as excellent downloadable guide with everything you need to know about the house and area. The wonderful house manager, Monica, lives a few minutes away and is very quick to respond with any requests. We had a very happy week here.

We stayed at the property for a week feeling at home. The villa is beautiful, strategically positioned, has allowed us to have the maximum privacy and at the same time access the amenities in an easy way. Inhabitants of Santa Vittoria, friendly, very good and professional. The pool is a must-have to make this slice of paradise complete. Thank you to Ragnar and Neil for your support.
