Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Civitanova Marche

U Massimo czuliśmy się jak w domu. Wszystko bylo takie jak powinno a nawet lepiej. Dom był duży, przestronny i bardzo czysty. Idealny dla naszej czteroosobowej rodziny plus psa. Miejsce jest położone zdala od zabudowań, więc można było odpocząć w spokoju. Ogród był duży idealny do spędzania czasu na świeżym powietrzu i do tego duży i czysty basen w którym można było się schłodzić w upalne dni. Kontak z Massimo był bez zastrzeżeń. Zawsze odpisywał w ciągu kilku minut i jak coś potrzebowaliśmy zawsze był do dyspozycji. W kuchni były podstawowe produkty spożywcze aby po długiej drodze zrobić sobie kawę i coś zjeść. Do tego dostaliśmy przepyszne wino, i jak tylko brakło zawsze przywoził nowe. W ostatni dzień na śniadanie dostaliśmy pyszne rogaliki. Bardzo polecam ten dom. Wszystko bylo idealne. I mamy nadzieję że jeszcze tam wrócimy.

Maria Teresa et son fils ont été d'excellents conseils pour la restauration, comme pour les visites à faire de villages (mais il y a aussi pleins de musées aussi à visiter), les randonnées sublimes à faire dans cette région...bref d'excellents conseils. Malheureusement sur une semaine nous n'avons pas pu tout visiter mais nous en avons pris plein les yeux déjà :) il nous aurait fallu plus d'une semaine sur place. L'accueil, tout comme notre départ auront été très chaleureux avec Maria Teresa que nous remercions bien fort pour nous avoir permis de découvrir cette région magnifique ! La maison est isolée et la nuit il règne un calme magistral, cette maison est idéale pour se ressourcer et faire le plein de détente. La maison est conforme aux photos du site, le champs d'oliviers est sublime. Pas de pollution lumineuse la nuit non plus, un vrai bonheur. Bref, que de belles images imprimées dans nos rétines. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Encore merci et peut être à une prochaine :)

ci siamo fermati solo un giornata .. ci siamo subito sentiti a nostro agio. casa spaziosa e con tutto l occorrente..posto esterno molto bello x godersi un po di tranquillità e soprattutto ben recintato avendo noi 5 cani..se dovesse capitare ci torneremo sicuramente .. super consigliato..

Meteen bij aankomst werden we begroet door Fausto. Met een vertaal app werd ons alles medegedeeld. Zijn vriendelijke gezicht maakt iedereen volgens mij blij.😀 Een sfeervolle omheinde tuin waar onze 2 grote honden het heerlijk hebben gehad. Heel fijn dat er airco aanwezig was. Het bed lag super! Er ontbrak niets. O ja, de kaasschaaf 😀😀, maar die ontbreekt vaak in het buitenland😀. Het huis bevind zich binnen een klein complex wat afgesloten kon worden. De zee is binnen 7 minuten met auto te bereiken. Het is er totaal niet druk deze tijd van het jaar. We hebben 1 week 30 graden en blauwe lucht gehad. Fausto reageert bijna direct op je vragen. We bezochten: grotten, fano, Loreto, Torre di palme en de zee. We raden dit huis aan!

Het was de 2e keer dat we hier verbleven en het was weer geweldig. Volgend jaar weer:) De asperges waren erg lekker ! Bedankt en tot ziens

La casa di Caterina è veramente un gioiellino! Pulita e ordinata, comodissima da vivere e in una posizione ottimale per raggiungere a piedi stazione e altri servizi così come il lungomare! Se tornerò a Porto San Giorgio sarà la mia prima scelta! Complimenti Caterina e grazie

Che dire? Tutto è andato a perfezione. La casa è deliziosa, grande, comoda, con una vista sui colli che digradano a mare che... fa stare molto bene. Il luogo è epicentro perfetto per chi vuole "miscelare" mare con escursioni giornaliere alla scoperta di tutta la bellezza di questa terra.

Mini appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere la propria vacanza in totale relax. La zona, immersa nel verde è molto tranquilla, in una zona abbastanza ombreggiata. Il mare dista 15 minuti a piedi facilmente raggiungibile. Una nota di merito per accettare anche gli animali nell'appartamento. Cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Letto comodo con topper. Bagno molto bello e attrezzato con lavatrice, phon e kit di cortesia. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario anche per la pulizia quotidiana, che non è scontato. Nonostante abbiamo avuto un problema con la connessione internet Emma e Davide si sono dimostrati molto preoattivi e ci hanno aiutato. Bravissimi Davide e Paolo per l'aiuto dimostrato per ogni nostra richiesta. Consigliatissimooooo.

Ottima struttura Nella pace e nella natura. Piscina e servizi buoni Avrei preferito un servizio bar per un drink ma nel complesso ottimo

è stata un'esperienza bellissima, la consigliamo caldamente, unica nel suo genere, il posto è splendido e si è immersi nella natura con grandissimo confort. i dintorni sono splendidi e la struttura è davvero ottima. abbiamo usufruito anche della spa, la notte nella bubble è stata bellissima!! una nota di eccellenza per l'accoglienza di Alice: super reattiva nella comunicazione, ci ha fornito suggerimenti per ristoranti (eccellente Mangia), addirittura abbiamo avuto un problema alla macchina e si è adoperata per aiutarci (nel week end, non semplice e scontato quindi).. abbiamo avuto tutti i confort e grandissima gentilezza quindi siamo stati felicissimi e SUPERCONSIGLIAMO questa esperienza e questa struttura

Wow!! What a beautiful place. We had a very relaxing stay at La càna. The location is amazing and peaceful. Paola was very accomodating and provided lots of suggestions for exploring the surrounding region. Her family (including x3 dogs) were very friendly but also respectful of our space and privacy. Wine, tart and fruit on arrival was appreciated after driving to our destination. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, walking through the vineyards and exploring / eating at the surrounding towns. It was also nice to cook for ourselves at La càna a couple of nights and enjoy the beautiful view. Highly recommend!

Angela e suo marito sono stati gentilissimi, la casa si trova a ridosso della spiaggia, piacevole anche fuori stagione

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem Luxus in absolut ruhiger Lage. Stefano und seine Familie sind sehr nette Gastgeber und jederzeit ansprechbar für Tipps. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

The most beautiful place in Italy. We enjoyed it so much. Michela and Massimo are the kindest and sweetest people. Our stay was perfect. The view, the apartment, the garden, .. everything was with made with so much love the and lovely details. We will come back.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Non c’è frase più azzeccata che dire: “siamo stati a casa nostra!” La descrizione dell’ Host è coerente e i servizi proposti pure. È un alloggio sulle colline Marchigiane in ambiente tranquillo lontano dal caos; ma un ottimo punto di partenza se si vuole girare di giorno in giorno alla scoperta delle Marche; non solo, noi lo abbiamo scelto per rilassarci lontano da “tutto” e così è stato. Nel paese accanto c’è tutto quello che può servire e l’appartamento, l’area piscina e i dintorni sono puliti e ordinati! Gli Host sono gentili e premurosi e molto discreti. Insomma lo abbiamo messo tra i preferiti perché vogliamo tornarci!

L'appartamento è come descritto, con un bagno moderno e tutto l'occorrente, anche in cucina ( la colazione di un paio di giorni era assicurata) È al secondo piano e le scale sono leggermente ripide con i pianerottoli stretti ma per noi non è stato un problema (un po' di movimento fa bene) Abbiamo usato la terrazza la sera per cenare anche se bisogna fare un'altra rampa di scale portando su l'occorrente, ma dopo gli ottimi pranzi a base di pesce sul lungomare, le cene sono state leggere. Non si gode il panorama ma una fresca e piacevole brezza sì, almeno durante il nostro soggiorno Dino è stato ricco di consigli, sempre solerte e ci ha prestato le sue biciclette, utilssimei per spostarsi nelle lunghe ciclabili della zona Abbiamo raggiunto Grottammare alta e Marano (Cupra alta), proprio belle. La sera uscendo di casa in due minuti si raggiungeva il corso principale, animato e con tanti locali San Benedetto ci è piaciuta (anche la parte più antica), speriamo di tornarci

Me acomodar no apartamento de Leontina foi, sem dúvidas, uma das melhores experiências que eu tive aqui no Airbnb. Além da estrutura do local que excede as qualidades do anúncio, já que se trata de um local aparentemente novo, muito bem equipado de eletrodomésticos, todos muito bons e funcionando, cozinhacompleta, mobílias e roupas de cama e banho novas e entregues extremamente limpas, o local é arejado, claro, muito ventilado e funciona bastante bem para quem pretende ficar períodos mais longos em Civitanova, tem farmácia e supermercado do lado! Leontina, por sua vez, é uma pessoa singular. Extremamente prestativa e atenciosa, fez de tudo para que a minha estadia fosse a melhor possível, e assim aconteceu, com certeza foi muito mais que uma anfitriã. Fico muito feliz por ter me hospedado com ela e grato por tudo! Torço para poder retornar o quanto antes!

Soggiorno Super. Casa appena ristrutturata, con interni spaziosi ed eleganti. Check in flessibile. Posizione ottima. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Sehr gute Lage mit Ausblick auf das Meer. Die meiste Zeit haben wir auf der Terrasse und am Strand verbracht. Für uns sollte es auch ein reiner Strandurlaub werden, was auch super gelungen ist. Auf der Terrasse hatten wir den ganzen Tag Sonne. Die Außenbeleuchtung der Wohnung, die Zimmer, die offene helle Küche und die Terrasse waren schon etwas besonderes. Einfach gesagt, wir haben uns sehr wohl und zufrieden gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist zum entspannen wirklich zu empfehlen!

Stefano and Erika have a beautiful guest house that was exactly as described, very comfortable, with stunningly beautiful surroundings. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and shown the guest house. Stefano and Erika provided many wonderful items that we enjoyed throughout our stay to include, local cheeses and meats, yogurts, wonderful wine, local jams, and a homemade plum tart. This place is incredible with perfect hosts and everything you will need for the best vacation. I will recommend Stefano and Erika’s guest house to all my friends and we will definitely stay at the guest house during our next visit to Cingoli. This is a PERFECT place to spend for a short or long vacation.

The apartment is an "attic" apartment but with lovely skylights. It is on the 4th floor and a bit of a walk up, but not bad. It is right on the main street for passeggiata and 2 blocks from the promenade and ocean. It's a great location and surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Lage direkt am Strand, besonders praktisch ist der kostenlose Parkplatz mit auf dem Grundstück. Da wir außerhalb der Saison in Italien waren, war nicht viel los und wir hatten unsere Ruhe. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr einfach und schnell. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre eine bessere Grundausstattung der Wohnung (mehr Teller, Gläser, Kleiderbügel usw) Wir würden die Wohnung aber sofort weiterempfehlen!

Für uns eine perfekte Wohnung an einem wunderbaren Ort. Wir haben die Zeit in Sirolo sehr genossen und würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen.
