We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Brittany’s house! Prospect Lake is directly across from the house, which is part of a public park, and it has a paved walkway around it. It was beautiful! We greatly enjoyed seeing it and walking around it for exercise and leisure. The house is immaculate, the beds are comfortable, and she provides a lot of things like coffee, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. We have never had anyone be that generous in a rental before. It sure made things easy! She also communicated with us before and during. Checking in and out was simple! I would love to stay there again! Thanks again for everything, Brittany! :-)

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to groceries and restaurants. We stayed in this area specifically because we were planning to play golf at Pine Creek which was literally a 7 minute drive away. Good fenced space for the dogs and the kitchen had everything we needed!

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy, comfortable home! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We brought our two dogs, and it worked out great. The fenced-in backyard gave them space to stretch their legs, and the location was perfect for day trips to Garden of the Gods and downtown Manitou Springs, easy to get to and so much to explore nearby. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was super smooth. Note for future guests: The fenced backyard is really convenient, but just a heads-up. there’s no direct door from the house to the yard. You’ll go out the front door and walk about 10 feet to the right to access it. It’s not a problem at all, just something helpful to know if you’re bringing pets.

This was a lovely little cottage on a nice quiet street. We enjoyed spending time in the back yard reading and relaxing. Everything you might need for a comfortable stay was included. Plus, great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Colorado Springs was a delightful city to explore.

This house was perfect! Very clean and in a great location! The hot tub was an added bonus! Our family and pups had a great time and will definitely stay there again next time we’re in town.

Cozy one bedroom one bath house not far from all the restaurants and attractions you could want to see.

Emilio was a great host along with his place. Very quaint and had all things you’d need. Sport court and air hockey table was a great addition!

Very nice and spacious! Perfect for 8 people and did not feel crowded at all. Pretty central location as well. The hot tub was so big, which was great because we could all hang out at once. Would stay again!

The host, Erin, provided detailed checkin/checkout instructions and responded quickly to messages. Also, the location was easy to find and close to restaurants, the lake, and park. The home itself was cozy and inviting. Overall, we had a great stay!

The home has tons of beds, almost two kitchens (full size fridge & microwave downstairs). Sofas and sofas and more sofas. Julia has more kids books then all our Grandbabies put together. The beds were so comfortable, the views incredible. Julia was absolutely wonderful to work with even with all the mess and disaster AirBNB put us through she was fantastic! I can’t recommend her enough!

This was my first time staying at an Air B&B and it was a very easy process! Home was very clean and accommodating for 15 guests that included kids who didn’t complain about being bored!! The games and outdoor slide kept everyone entertained!

Space was as advertised - modern, clean and comfortable for five adults visiting for the long weekend out of state. Secure and convenient parking was an added bonus. Check in and check out was convenient - host was responsive to any concerns and provided communication up to and throughout our stay. Will stay again when in the area.

Daniel was very responsive and was an excellent host—let him know if you need anything. The space was very clean and a great fit for our trip, having 5 bedrooms and being relatively close to COS airport for our whitewater rafting trip on the Arkansas river. I’d highly recommend this AirBNB location and host!

Wow! Talk about an amazing view! Can’t get much better than this! The mountains, Garden of the Gods, the trees and birds. Heavenly just sitting on that expansive balcony. The place itself was also perfect! Clean, spacious, very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed too. We loved the place so much, we couldn’t wait to get back after a full day of hiking and biking. Would definitely return to the area and to this incredible BnB!

I'm going to miss the beautiful view from the master bedroom to the mountain. breathtaking! The house have everything you need. Car garage is always a plu. Traveling with a peace of mind. Host is amazing! Always there for me ...looking forward to stay with Philips again! Community is amazing. Quite, dog friendly. Neighbors are very friendly. The only down side is that the front door is on the side of the house, you have to go around the rocks to go to the front door and extra cars has to park on the other side of the st. Host provided lights around the townhome to make it easy to find!! other than that ....the perfect dream house!

The property was better than described. An amazing setting, private and serene. lots of stuff to do in the area but you don't really need to leave at all! Incredibly responsive and helpful host. Our only complaint is the dismal weather we had!! Mother Nature did squash our fun factor a little.

Really enjoyed our stay! We'd chosen this house due to its sizable kitchen/family area but most especially its outdoor space. It did not disappoint! While we couldn't control the rainy weather, we had plenty of space to relax indoors and under the awning area in the back yard. Once the rain ended we were able to visit outside in the sunshine and enjoy the Colorado views. Rachael was also a very responsive and flexible host. We had multiple travel changes for personal reasons as well as flight delays. Rachael was responsive and helpful in all communications.
