We actually decided to stay here because of the amazing pictures and all the feedback about how wonderful Debra was!!! And it was all true and even better than advertised!!! We had an amazing time and Debra and her husband were super friendly and helpful!!! We will definitely stay here again if our trip adventures lead us to the area again!!!

The home had everything we needed and met all our requirements. Janell was very responsive and flexible to our needs. I recommend this home!

Place was great, nice residential neighborhood. Worked well for our family to explore different things to do around Colorado Springs, and was a great place to hang out and rest up for the day so we could adventure again the next day. Hot tub was nice, and the master suite was exceptional, especially the shower and tub. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to enjoy time together but have space apart as well. Kitchen had PLENTY of pots and pans and knives and cutting boards for us to cook, and we love to cook our own food on vacation to save money. We visited in winter or we would have spent a bunch of time when we were there in the pool as well.

Our 2nd time at the place and we love it. It was perfect for a group of men going to a conference.

We loved staying at Tiffany's beautiful home. The kids loved the pool and the mickey room with bunkbed and slide. The kitchen was fully stocked. Lots of linens, pool towels, etc. were provided. Would highly recommend staying!

Kelsy's home was so lovely and VERY clean! She was friendly, professional, and very responsive. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend Kelsey's Airbnb!

We spent 9 days at Jalina's home over Christmas and then our son's wedding. We had 14 guests stay (including adults & young children) and did not feel cramped with the spaciousness of the home. The tri-level home also provided a nice setup for some to work remotely, others to have quiet time, the kids to play in a kid-friendly environment, & the whole group to gather together frequently. Bathrooms & beds were adequate for this number of people, and plenty of towels, blankets and linens were readily available. The indoor toys & outdoor playsets were a great blessing too! The park was much closer than I expected (almost across the street!) and provided additional running room for the little ones. Nearby to a variety of restaurants and shopping as well as other Colorado Springs attractions (like Pikes Peak & Garden of the Gods). Neighborhood was quiet! Jalina was always very quick and responsive to messages. Overall, a fabulous home that I would highly recommend! A very homey stay!

I honestly was so in love with this place! I didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect place for my little family to enjoy the mountains. Everything we needed was here and ready for our use. She literally thought of everything! I would gladly stay here again.

We had a great time at Tina's place! It was the perfect size for us and had all the amenities we needed in the kitchen to make our dinners! The massage chair was worth the price of the stay alone and we were pleasantly surprised with how comfy the reclining couches were - if you need the extra sleeping space, these were awesome to sleep on!! The bed in the master was so comfortable and adjustable to your liking - so if you are like me (who likes a firmer bed) or my husband (who likes the softness of a cloud), you can both be comfy here on the same bed! the hot tub was clean and relaxing and just what we needed to relax after we did the manitou incline!! we didn't run into any issues during our stay, but if we had, i have no doubt that Tina would have been on top of it right away.

Great host!! House was clean and felt right at home. The place was easy to find and the instructions were on point. The host gave easy to follow instructions for check out which made it a breeze. Would recommend to anyone!!

Marianne was such a friendly host and she was very responsive whenever we had questions for her. The home was cute and in a private area, which we liked. We even had a movie night, which was cozy! I highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to explore Colorado, including Denver, Colorado.

This place was perfect! Right in the middle of everything(Zoo, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, restaurants, etc! Neighborhood was very quiet and nice. Jacquie was very nice, helpful and proactive. Instructions in the home were great and very helpful. Great amenities and the outdoor space was great! Master bathroom was gorgeous and we enjoyed our time! Definitely will book again on future trips!

My partner and I had an absolutely delightful and romantic getaway at this charming little Airbnb cottage in Colorado Springs! From the moment we stepped inside, we were struck by how incredibly cozy and inviting the space felt. It truly lived up to its description and provided the perfect intimate setting for our trip. The location was another huge plus – being so close to downtown Colorado Springs made it incredibly convenient to explore all the shops, restaurants, and local attractions without having to venture far. Yet, despite being close to the action, the cottage itself felt like a private, peaceful retreat. Highly recommend for couples looking for a cozy and perfectly located base to explore Colorado Springs!

What a great place to stay! Sharon was so welcoming and helpful with hosting our family. She had the pack n’ play all set up when we got there. We even got there late and she was super accommodating with helping us get into the house. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We absolutely loved Shari and Jack’s house! It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our family to gather and celebrate my son’s college graduation! I highly recommend!!!

I had the best stay! They were very communicative whenever I needed anything and responded promptly. It was in a nice proximity to all of the major roads to everything I wanted to do and downtown. I appreciated the privacy fence and customized security. The yard was peaceful and I took full advantage of the hot tub ane fire pit. I could not have asked for a better birthday trip. I would recommend this place for solo travelers.

Daniel was very responsive and was an excellent host—let him know if you need anything. The space was very clean and a great fit for our trip, having 5 bedrooms and being relatively close to COS airport for our whitewater rafting trip on the Arkansas river. I’d highly recommend this AirBNB location and host!

Debra and Adonis were the perfect airbnb hosts! My sister and I came to Colorado Springs partly for a vacation, but also to explore the area as we are planning to move out here in the future. The place was quiet, clean, and the perfect size for my sister and I to stay. They were so nice and super helpful, checking in on us to make sure we had everything we need! They also left a welcome to Colorado sign, as well as stickers to take, and as this was our first time visiting Colorado Springs, it was those little details that made our trip extra special. :) Thank you so much Debra and Adonis!
